STEP 1

Open a new image 600 x
500
Transparent background
PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel
PSPX3-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel

SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL

STEP 2

Open up the Toscana-Decker image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options


Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options.


DESELECT

Rename this layer bgd
STEP 3

CLOSE the bgd layer

Open up the
Artist Unknown - Dragon & Little Girl - Sweet T Design Tube.png
image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.


Choose your SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Rectangle
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNChecked


Select and delete the text.

DESELECT

STEP 4

Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Point to Point
Mode = Replace
Feather =
1
Smoothing =
5
Antialias = Checked


Select the dragon's tongue as shown
STEP 5

In your LAYER PALETTE
Right click on this layer and select
PROMOTE SELECTION TO LAYER
from the options


Rename this layer tongue1

ACTIVATE Raster 1

EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT

Rename this layer dragon1

ACTIVATE tongue1
STEP 6

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
Rename this layer tongue2

CLOSE tongue1

Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL
same settings

Select the area shown
STEP 7

EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
ACTIVATE dragon1
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> BRING TO TOP

ACTIVATE tongue2

PSP9:IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT

Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED

PSPX - PSPX6:
IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT

Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED


ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
Reposition with your MOVER tool

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
Rename this layer tongue3

CLOSE tongue2

Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL
same settings

Select the area shown

Rename this layer tongue4

CLOSE tongue3

Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL
same settings

Select the area shown

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

STEP 12

ACTIVATE dragon1
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
Rename this layer dragon2

Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL
same settings

Select the area shown
STEP 13

EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> PUNCH
Strength% = 40

DESELECT

Select the girl's head as shown
STEP 14

In your LAYER PALETTE
Right click on this layer and select
PROMOTE SELECTION TO LAYER
from the options


ACTIVATE dragon2 layer
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT

ACTIVATE the Promoted Selection layer

PSP9:IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 10
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED

IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 15

Open up the sassy features image in your PSP workspace
Activate the
brows layer

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.


Reposition with your MOVER tool

Rename this layer brows
STEP 16

Back to the sassy features image
Activate the
eyes down layer

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.


Reposition with your MOVER tool

Rename this layer
eyes down
STEP 17

CLOSE the eyes down layer

Back to the
sassy features image
Activate the
eyes up layer

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.


Reposition with your MOVER tool
Rename this layer
eyes up
STEP 18

ACTIVATE the dragon2 layer

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 19

Open the bgd layer

On the dragon2 Shadow 1layer

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL
same settings

Select the area shown
STEP 20

EDIT >>> CLEAR

ACTIVATE dragon2 Shadow 1
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT

In your LAYER PALETTE
Move the dragon2 Shadow 1 layer under the dragon1layer

ACTIVATE the dragon1layer
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
Rename this layer dragon1

STEP 21

ACTIVATE the bgd layer

Open up the
BrownElfCutie~SF image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.


IMAGE >>> RESIZE =
40%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE


ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

Reposition with your MOVER tool

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 22

Open up the sassy-frame image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>>
DROP SHADOW

Open up the kt_sun-shine image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.


IMAGE >>> RESIZE =
30%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE


ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

Reposition with your MOVER tool

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 25

LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER

Select your TEXT TOOL
with font and settings of your choice
add your name


LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 26

Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown

Right click on Title Bar and select
Copy merged from the options

STEP 27

In ANIMATION SHOP

Right click the workspace and select
'Paste As New Animation' from the options.

Back to PSP.

Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown

Right click on Title Bar and select
Copy merged from the options

STEP 28

In ANIMATION SHOP

Select
'Paste A
fter Current' on top menu



Back to PSP.

Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown

Right click on Title Bar and select
Copy merged from the options
STEP 29

In ANIMATION SHOP

Select
'Paste A
fter Current' on top menu

Back to PSP.

Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown

Right click on Title Bar and select
Copy merged from the options
STEP 30

In ANIMATION SHOP

Select
'Paste A
fter Current' on top menu

Edit >> Select All

Right click on Title Bar of frames
Select 'Frame Properties' from the options
Display time = 70



STEP 31

View >> Animation
and while it is still running,
File >> Save As

Locate the folder in which you wish to save it.

Name your animation.

With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT
until you get to the last one... click FINISH

Close the Animation
Close the frames.
Close Animation Shop
