STEP 1 Open a new image 600 x 600 Transparent background PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel PSPX3-6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Open up the fenster image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 55% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
STEP 2 EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET
STEP 3 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 4 Open up the Jungle_MistedByGini_08-03-06 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
STEP 5 ACTIVATE Raster 2 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X6: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X6: There is no " Sample Merged" PSPX - X6: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the OUTER transparent area SELECTIONS >>> INVERT SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT ACTIVATE Raster 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR DO NOT DESELECT
STEP 6 ACTIVATE Raster 2 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with WHITE LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> SCULPTURE COLOUR = #3f5d45 PATTERN = ivy_bk0510d.jpg DESELECT
STEP 7 Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 8 EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> SCULPTURE Same settings BUT change... PATTERN = t24-22.bmp NOTE: (Possibly PSPX & PSPX1) Definitely PSX2 and UP Change SIZE = 130 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW DESELECT
STEP 9 ACTIVATE Raster 2 With your MAGIC WAND ... same settings Select the OUTER transparent area SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
STEP 10 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings BUT .. change DIRECTION to 315 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 DESELECT
STEP 11 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with #3f5d45 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW.... Same settings BUT.. change DIRECTION to 315 DESELECT
STEP 12 LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT TOOL with font and settings of your choice and add your name to the bottom left corner.... make sure it's on the floor section LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
STEP 13 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with #284024 LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE (3 Times) Rename the layers as shown Close the top 3 layers and activate the Merged layer Save as bgd.pspimage & Minimize for now
