STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 500 Transparent background PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel PSPX3-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel
STEP 2 Open up the tubtatie_017-copie-1 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the text
STEP 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - (minus) 90 Vertical Offset = - (minus) 20 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 4 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Rename this layer tube
STEP 5 Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Point to Point Mode = Replace Feather = 1 Smoothing = 5 Antialias = Checked Select the eye area shown In your LAYER PALETTE Right click on the layer and select PROMOTE SELECTION TO LAYER
STEP 6 DESELECT ADJUST >>> BRIGHTNESS and CONTRAST >>> BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST Brightness = - (minus) 48 Contrast = - (minus) 3 IMAGE >>> MIRROR Reposition with your MOVER tool Rename this layer eyes closed
STEP 7 CLOSE the eyes closed layer ACTIVATE tube layer Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the eye area shown In your LAYER PALETTE Right click on the layer and select PROMOTE SELECTION TO LAYER
STEP 8 DESELECT IMAGE >>> MIRROR PSP9:IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = LEFT 5.00 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED PSPX - PSPX6: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = LEFT 5.00 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED Reposition with your MOVER tool Rename this layer eyes open
STEP 9 CLOSE the eyes open layer ACTIVATE Raster 1 Flood fill with #6f3017 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the intertwined image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Transparency >>> Eliminate Black **SEE NOTE BELOW for those with problems using Transparency**. In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to SCREEN DESELECT LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN Rename layer bgd
*NOTE* If you have problems with the Transparency plugin do the following .... CLOSE the eyes open layer ACTIVATE Raster 1 Flood fill with #6f3017 Open up the converted_intertwined image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to SCREEN LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN DESELECT Rename layer bgd
STEP 10 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 11 Flood fill with #6f3017 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW

STEP 16 ACTIVATE the eyes open layer but keep layer closed Open up the elegant WA cats copy image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 60% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Reposition with your MOVER tool to top right corner
STEP 17 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE (3 TIMES) EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> SCULPTURE PATTERN = 881SPLt
STEP 18 EDIT >>> Repeat Sculpture Rename this layer WA1
STEP 19 CLOSE the WA1 layer ACTIVATE Copy (2) of Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> SCULPTURE PATTERN = aida_Patt Same settings EDIT >>> Repeat Sculpture Rename this layer WA2
STEP 20 CLOSE the WA2 layer ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> SCULPTURE PATTERN = BEN-1604-6 Same settings EDIT >>> Repeat Sculpture Rename this layer WA3
STEP 21 CLOSE the WA3 layer ACTIVATE Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> SCULPTURE PATTERN = appleblossom Same settings EDIT >>> Repeat Sculpture Rename this layer WA4
STEP 22 OPEN ALL WA layers Still on WA4 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0
STEP 23 ACTIVATE WA3 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. ACTIVATE WA2 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. ACTIVATE WA1 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow
STEP 24 Open up the housemouse image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 15% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool Rename this layer mouse
STEP 25 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with #6f3017 EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE Same settings SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10 EDIT >>> CLEAR SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL Same settings EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK DESELECT
STEP 26 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Rename this layer frame
STEP 27 LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT TOOL with font and settings of your choice add your name Rename this layer name
SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 28 Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown
STEP 29 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE Right click on Title Bar and select Copy from the options
STEP 30 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 31 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 32 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 33 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' on top menu Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 34 In ANIMATION SHOP Select >>> 'Paste After Current' on top menu EDIT >> Select All Right click on Title Bar of frames Select 'Frame Properties' from the options Display time = 50
STEP 35 View >> Animation and while it is still running, File >> Save As Locate the folder in which you wish to save it. Name your animation. With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT until you get to the last one... click FINISH Close the Animation Close the frames. Close Animation Shop
RESIZING ANIMATIONS Click on the Title Bar of the frames Animation >> Resize animation Select width and height in pixels Click OK Save your animation
