STEP 1

Open a new image 450 x 470
Transparent background
PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel
PSPX3-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel

Flood fill with BLUE
#406dde

VIEW >>> RULERS
STEP 2

Open up the
abstract-dots image in your PSP workspace
WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Close the original Image
LAYERS >>> Promote background Layer

LAYERS >>> NEW MASK LAYER >>> FROM IMAGE

STEP 3

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE GROUP

Right click on the Title Bar and select
COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.


Select your RASTER DEFORM tool
Mode = SCALE
use default settings

PSPX-X6:Select your PICK tool

Drag the centre top node UP to the 0 pixel mark
on your left ruler


Drag the centre bottom node UP to the 280 pixel mark
on your left ruler

Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow

Select your MOVER tool to disengage
the Deformation / Pick tool

STEP 4

In your LAYER PALETTE change the
BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L)

Open up the abstract13 image in your PSP workspace
WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Close the original Image
LAYERS >>> Promote background Layer

LAYERS >>> NEW MASK LAYER >>> FROM IMAGE
Same settings


LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE GROUP
STEP 5


Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the
CUSTOM SELECTION symbol
and enter these coordinates.
STEP 6

IMAGE >>> CROP TO SELECTION
STEP 7

Right click on the Title Bar and select
COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.


IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
STEP 8

Select your RASTER DEFORM tool
Mode = SCALE
use default settings

PSPX-X6:Select your PICK tool

Drag the centre left node right to the 180 pixel mark
on your top ruler


Drag the centre bottom node UP to the 260 pixel mark
on your left ruler

Drag the centre top node UP to the 0 pixel mark
on your left ruler


Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow

Select your MOVER tool to disengage
the Deformation / Pick tool
STEP 9

EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>>
ROTATING MIRROR

Horizontal Offset = 0
Rotation angle = 0
Edge Mode =Repeat


In your LAYER PALETTE change the
BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L)

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE

Rename this layer

STEP 10

Open up the
kids17 image in your PSP workspace
Activate
Raster 5

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE


Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 11

Back to the
kids17 image in your PSP workspace
Activate
Raster 4

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE


Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 12

Back to the
kids17 image in your PSP workspace
Activate
Raster 3

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE


Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 13

Back to the
kids17 image in your PSP workspace
Activate
Raster 2

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE


Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 14

Back to the
kids17 image in your PSP workspace
Activate
Raster 1

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE


Reposition with your MOVER tool

EDIT >>> Repeat Perspective Shadow.

ACTIVATE Raster 3

STEP 17

Open up the
trampoline image in your PSP workspace
Activate the
trampoline layer

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET
Horizontal Offset = 0
Vertical Offset = - (minus) 170
Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 18

Back to the
trampoline image in your PSP workspace
Activate the
shadow layer

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET
Horizontal Offset = 0
Vertical Offset = - (minus) 190
Edge Mode = Transparent

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE

Rename this layer bgd
STEP 19

Open up the
exercise-girl image in your PSP workspace
Activate the
girl 1 layer

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET
Horizontal Offset = 0
Vertical Offset = 20
Edge Mode = Transparent

Rename this layer girl 1

CLOSE the
girl 1 layer

Back to the
exercise-girl image in your PSP workspace
Activate the
girl 2 layer

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

Horizontal Offset = 0
Vertical Offset = 100
Edge Mode = Transparent

Rename this layer girl 2

CLOSE the
girl 2 layer

Back to the
exercise-girl image in your PSP workspace
Activate the
girl 3 layer

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET
Horizontal Offset = 0
Vertical Offset = 100
Edge Mode = Transparent

Rename this layer girl 3

CLOSE the
girl 3 layer

Back to the
exercise-girl image in your PSP workspace
Activate the
girl 4 layer

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET
Horizontal Offset = 0
Vertical Offset = 50
Edge Mode = Transparent

Rename this layer girl 4
STEP 23

CLOSE the
girl 4 layer

Back to the
exercise-girl image in your PSP workspace
Activate the
girl 5 layer

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET
Horizontal Offset = 0
Vertical Offset = 40
Edge Mode = Transparent

Rename this layer girl 5
STEP 24

Open up the
exercise-frame image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW

Rename this layer
frame


STEP 25

Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown


Right click on Title Bar and select
Copy merged from the options

STEP 26

In ANIMATION SHOP


Right click the workspace and select
'Paste As New Animation' from the options.

Click on the "Paste After Current" icon



You now have 2 frames
STEP 27

ACTIVATE Frame 1 (F: 1)

Back to PSP.

ACTIVATE the girl 1 layer

IMAGE >>> MIRROR

Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options

In ANIMATION SHOP

Click on the "Paste After Current" icon

Back to PSP.

Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown

Right click on Title Bar and select
Copy merged from the options

ACTIVATE Frame 1 (F: 1)

Click on the "Paste After Current" icon

Back to PSP.

Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown

Right click on Title Bar and select
Copy merged from the options

ACTIVATE Frame 3 (F: 3)

Click on the "Paste After Current" icon

Back to PSP.

Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown

Copy merged from the options

Click on the "Paste After Current" icon

Back to PSP.

Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown

'Paste After Current Frame' from the options.

STEP 33

OOPS!! I FORGOT TO ADD A NAME Layer !!

Back to PSP

With the bgd layer active

LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER

Select your TEXT TOOL
with font and settings of your choice
add your name


Rename this layer name

Right click on Title Bar and select Copy from the options

STEP 34

In ANIMATION SHOP


Right click the workspace and select
'Paste As New Animation' from the options.

Edit >> Copy
Edit >> Propagate Paste

Activ
ate the 'exercise' frames

Edit >> Select All

Edit >> Paste into selected frame

ZOOM in on the first frame (F:1)
and place the image as shown
then release your mouse button

STEP 35

Right click on Title Bar of frames
Select 'Frame Properties' from the options
Display time = 30

RIGHT Click inside the first frame (F:1)

Select 'Frame Properties' from the options
Display time = 75

STEP 36

RIGHT Click inside the
third frame (F:3)

Select 'Frame Properties' from the options
Display time = 75


RIGHT Click inside the
fifth frame (F:5)

Select 'Frame Properties' from the options
Display time = 75



STEP 37

View >> Animation
and while it is still running,
File >> Save As

Locate the folder in which you wish to save it.

Name your animation.

With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT
until you get to the last one... click FINISH

Close the Animation
Close the frames.
Close Animation Shop
