STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 600 Transparent background PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel PSPX3-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel
STEP 2 Open up the AR1094 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Ellipse Mode = ADD (Shift) Feather = 2 Antialias = Checked Starting in the centre of each eye select areas shown
STEP 3 In your LAYER PALETTE Right click on this layer and select " Promote Selection To Layer " DESELECT IMAGE >>> MIRROR Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 4 ACTIVATE Raster 2 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 148 Vertical Offset = - (minus) 70 Edge Mode = Transparent Rename this layer eyesR
STEP 5 ACTIVATE Promoted Selection IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Same settings Rename this layer eyesL
STEP 6 ACTIVATE the eyesR layer EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 7 ACTIVATE Raster 1 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the abstract_black_waves image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DO NOT DESELECT
STEP 8 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Open up the abstract_waves_vector image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Transparency >>> Eliminate Black In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to DIFFERENCE DO NOT DESELECT
STEP 9 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Open up the curves-7623 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> Transparency >>> Eliminate Black In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to SCREEN DESELECT IMAGE >>> MIRROR
STEP 10 ACTIVATE Raster 2 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN ACTIVATE Raster 3 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN Rename this layer bgd
STEP 11 Open up the magnolia.psp image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE IMAGE >>> MIRROR ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 12 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE UP IMAGE >>> MIRROR Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 13 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 14 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR Reposition with your MOVER tool

STEP 19 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 Rename this layer frame
STEP 20 Open up the bird-fly1.png image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the bird on the extreme left Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
STEP 21 Reposition with your MOVER tool Rename this layer bird1
STEP 22 Back to the bird-fly1.png image in your PSP workspace With your SELECTION TOOL Select the next bird to the right Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool Rename this layer bird2
STEP 23 Back to the bird-fly1.png image in your PSP workspace With your SELECTION TOOL Select the next bird to the right Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool Rename this layer bird3
STEP 24 Back to the bird-fly1.png image in your PSP workspace With your SELECTION TOOL Select the last bird on the right Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool Rename this layer bird4
STEP 25 LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT TOOL with font and settings of your choice add your name Rename this layer name SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 26 Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 27 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 28 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and click on the 'Paste After Current ' icon. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 29 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and click on the 'Paste After Current ' icon. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 30 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and click on the 'Paste After Current ' icon. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 31 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and click on the 'Paste After Current ' icon. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 32 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and click on the 'Paste After Current ' icon. Edit >> Select All Right click on Title Bar of frames Select 'Frame Properties' from the options Display time =60
STEP 33 View >> Animation and while it is still running, File >> Save As Locate the folder in which you wish to save it. Name your animation. With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT until you get to the last one... click FINISH Close the Animation Close the frames. Close Animation Shop
