STEP 1 Open a new image 600 x 600 Transparent background PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel PSPX3-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel
STEP 2 Open up the 1024px-Vector image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 40% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 145 Edge Mode = Transparent Rename this layer B1

NOTE: I did the work altering the 'danseuse' image for you ... BUT I provided the original tube for your collections
STEP 9 Open up the Image1 image in your PSP workspace Activate the Merged layer Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - (minus) 85 Edge Mode = Transparent Rename this layer man1
STEP 10 Open up the Image1 image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - (minus) 83 Edge Mode = Transparent Rename this layer man2
STEP 11 ACTIVATE Raster 1 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the abstract_lines2 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DO NOT DESELECT
STEP 12 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Open up the black-background image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> TRANSPARENCY >>> Eliminate Black EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE MORE DESELECT
STEP 13 Open up the orchestre sur rail.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the text
STEP 14 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 15 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Open up the Business_wallpapers_101 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. STEP 19 LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT TOOL with font and settings of your choice add your name Rename this layer name SAVE YOUR WORK
STEP 20 Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 21 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 22 In ANIMATION SHOP Click on the 'Paste After Current' icon. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 23 In ANIMATION SHOP Click on the 'Paste After Current' icon. Back to PSP In your LAYER PALETTE OPEN B4 layer OPEN man2 layer CLOSE man1 layer Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options In ANIMATION SHOP Click on the 'Paste After Current' icon. (Frame 4)
STEP 24 Back to PSP In your LAYER PALETTE OPEN B5 layer CLOSE man2 layer OPEN man1 layer Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options In ANIMATION SHOP Click on the 'Paste After Current' icon. (Frame 5)
STEP 25 Back to PSP In your LAYER PALETTE OPEN B6 layer OPEN man2 layer CLOSE man1 layer Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options In ANIMATION SHOP Click on the 'Paste After Current' icon. (Frame 6)
STEP 26 Back to PSP In your LAYER PALETTE OPEN B7 layer CLOSE man2 layer OPEN man1 layer Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options In ANIMATION SHOP Click on the 'Paste After Current' icon. (Frame 7)
STEP 27 View >> Animation and while it is still running, File >> Save As Locate the folder in which you wish to save it. Name your animation. With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT until you get to the last one... click FINISH Close the Animation Close the frames. Close Animation Shop
