STEP 1 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load BROWN " #3a2720 " in your foreground Load CREAM " #e5c475 " in your background Then click on the GRADIENT option in your foreground palette Open a new image 700 x 500 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with BROWN
STEP 2 Open up the abstract julia image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image LAYERS >>> Promote background layer EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> TRANSPARENCY >>> ELIMINATE BLACK
STEP 3 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - (Minus) 60 Vertical Offset = 75 Edge Mode = Transparent In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to SCREEN ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE
STEP 4 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> FLIP LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 5 Flood fill with BROWN LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 6 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 DO NOT DESELECT
STEP 7 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE (3 Times) With Copy (3) of Raster 3 active EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> XERO >>> SPARKLES Main colour = #e5c475 Highlights = WHITE Sparkle style = Stars_2 Distribution = Uniform Density = 170 Maximum = 1000 Vary brightness = 15 Vary colour = 55 ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
STEP 8 CLOSE Copy (3) of Raster 3 ACTIVATE Copy (2) of Raster 3 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> XERO >>> SPARKLES Same settings CLOSE Copy (2) of Raster 3 ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 3 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> XERO >>> SPARKLES Same settings CLOSE Copy of Raster 3 ACTIVATE Raster 3 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> XERO >>> SPARKLES Same settings DESELECT
STEP 9 ACTIVATE Raster 2 Open up the tattoo-girl image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> MIRROR IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 10 Open up the 4766.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the text and delete DESELECT
STEP 11 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 12 Open up the 5523.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Choose your SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the text and delete DESELECT
STEP 13 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 14 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN IMAGE >>> MIRROR Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 15 Setup LAYER PALETTE as shown
STEP 16 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE OPEN Copy (3) of Raster 3 and Raster 1 With the Merged layer active LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Flood fill with BROWN SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with CREAM SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with BROWN SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with CREAM SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 17 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECT your TEXT tool With a font of your choice add your name
STEP 18 Rename the layers as shown and activate the sparkle4 layer Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 19 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 20 In ANIMATION SHOP Click on the "Paste After Current" icon Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 21 In ANIMATION SHOP Click on the "Paste After Current" icon Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 22 In ANIMATION SHOP Click on the "Paste After Current" icon View >> Animation and while it is still running, File >> Save As Locate the folder in which you wish to save it. Name your animation. With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT until you get to the last one... click FINISH Close the Animation Close the frames. Close Animation Shop
