STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 500 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with BLUE #4485c8 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> MuRa's Meister >>> Cloud Centre Colour = #4485c8 Change other 2 colours to WHITE ,
STEP 2 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the 12283242424_divers image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT
STEP 3 Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 250 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 5 Open up the PT_Template image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> FLIP EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - (minus) 75 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 6 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - (minus) 65 Edge Mode = Transparent ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

STEP 18 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X6: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X6: There is no " Sample Merged" Select the RED border EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL DESELECT
STEP 19 With your MAGIC WAND .. Same settings Select the BLUE border EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL Same settings DESELECT With your MAGIC WAND .. Same settings Select the GREEN border EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL Same settings DESELECT
STEP 20 ACTIVATE Raster 1 Open up the Winter Penguins Adorable image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the TOP LEFT Penguin
STEP 21 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 22 ACTIVATE the Merged layer Open up the 362985-sepik.png image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL .. same settings Select the SANTA Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 23 Back to the 362985-sepik.png image Select your RASTER DEFORM tool Mode = SCALE use default settings PSPX-X6:Select your PICK tool Select the Christmas sign Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. STEP 24 Back to the 362985-sepik.png image Select your RASTER DEFORM tool Select the Reindeer Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 25 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN EDIT >> Repeat Layer Merge Down EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW change DIRECTION to 270
STEP 26 ACTIVATE the top layer (Frame) EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
