STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 500 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with BLUE #b1c1da VIEW >>> RULERS.
STEP 2 Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 3 EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE TEXTURE = Grain long deep .
STEP 4 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE TEXTURE = bktexture10 DESELECT
STEP 5 Open up the 2 (16).png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - (Minus) 125 Vertical Offset = - (Minus) 15 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 6 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 150 Vertical Offset = 120 Edge Mode = Transparent LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 150 Vertical Offset = - (Minus) 215 Edge Mode = Transparent LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN (TWICE)
STEP 7 Open up the col_bgrnd-2.png image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Point to Point Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Smoothing = 6 Antialias = UNChecked Select the area shown
STEP 8 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 0 Edge Mode = Reflect Select your RASTER DEFORM tool Mode = SCALE use default settings PSPX-X6:Select your PICK tool Drag the centre bottom node UP to the 500 Pixel mark on your left ruler ,
STEP 9 Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow Select the MOVER tool to disengage the DEFORMATION tool (PICK tool) Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 65 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 10 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with BLACK #00000a SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 8 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN ACTIVATE Raster 3 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 11 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
STEP 12 EDIT >>> Repeat Inner Bevel With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X6: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X6: There is no " Sample Merged" PSPX - X6: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the CENTRE area
STEP 13 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER EFFECTS >>> ARTISTIC EFFECTS >>> BALLS & BUBBLES Enter the following settings. ILLUMINATION TAB MAPS TAB SURFACE TAB SHAPE TAB CLICK OK
STEP 14 ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE DESELECT
STEP 15 Open up the shells image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - (MINUS) 200 Edge Mode = Transparent Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 16 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 17 ACTIVATE Raster 4 Open up the Stingray_Janet image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - (MINUS) 80 Vertical Offset = 110 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 18 Open up the KB-Denise-Zilber-Chlormint2_5[6] image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 20% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 19 Open up the Lspeckledmermaidsmall image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 75 Vertical Offset = - (MINUS) 55 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 20 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> FLOAT SELECTIONS >>> DEFLOAT ACTIVATE Raster 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 21 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
