STEP 1 Open up the ABS32 image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image In your MATERIALS PALETTE load US_Stripes pattern in the foreground using these settings LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with Pattern LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
STEP 2 EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE MORE On Raster 1 layer In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE MORE
STEP 3 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> WEAVE Weave colour = #0000ff Gap colour = #fa0203
STEP 4 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> MuRa's Meister >>> Pole Transform
STEP 5 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with WHITE LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN ACTIVATE Raster 2 EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> FLIP IMAGE >>> MIRROR
STEP 6 EFFECTS>>> GEOMETRIC EFFECTS >>> CIRCLE Edge mode = Transparent On Raster 2 layer In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to MULTIPLY
STEP 7 With Copy of Raster 2 active Open up the 4th-of-july.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 8 Open up the ewilsonlibertyyez image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 9 Open up the h[1].ameriwallstar image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 10 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 10 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur = 10.00 ACTIVATE Raster 4 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. ACTIVATE Raster 3 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow..
STEP 11 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Change the Pattern settings
STEP 12 Activate the top layer LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with the pattern SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 12 EDIT >>> CLEAR SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 7 Click OK DESELECT
STEP 13 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT tool Using a font of your choice Add your name LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = SYMMETRIC (2) COLOUR = #0000ff Save as .jpg image
