STEP 1 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load BLUE " #7da3f4 " in your foreground Load WHITE in your background Then click on the GRADIENT option in your foreground palette using these settings
STEP 2 Open a new image 700 x 500 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with BLUE #7da3f4 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with the GRADIENT
STEP 3 Open up the LF-Mask-99 image in your PSP workspace and minimize LAYERS >>> NEW MASK LAYER >>> FROM IMAGE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE GROUP
STEP 4 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X6: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X6: There is no " Sample Merged" PSPX - X6: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the OUTER transparent area
STEP 5 ACTIVATE RASTER 1 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> FINE LEATHER
STEP 6 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> WAVE
STEP 7 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 8 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 9 ACTIVATE Group - Raster 2 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN Open up the houses.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
STEP 10 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to DISSOLVE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE With your MAGIC WAND.... Same settings. Select the OUTER transparent area FLOOD FILL with BLUE #7da3f4 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 315 DESELECT
STEP 11 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL COLOUR = #ddedfc
STEP 12 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 DESELECT
STEP 13 Open up the mh_vase image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 60% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 14 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings change DIRECTION to 315 Open up the 003-morita19 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 15 Open up the Oriental_Treasures_LCT_Oct_08 image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image IMAGE >>> MIRROR Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the tassle
STEP 16 Right click on the Title Bar and select CUT from the options DESELECT Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options. Place as shown DESELECT
STEP 17 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 18 Open up the Joanie_Woman_14-08-2012 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 60% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 19 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECT your TEXT tool With a font of your choice add your name LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image
