STEP 1 Open up the thumbbig-217652.jpg image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image LAYERS >>> Promote background layer
STEP 2 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 25 Feather = 2 Antialias = Checked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X6: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X6: There is no " Sample Merged" PSPX - X6: Use all layers = UNChecked PSP9 - X6: ANTIALIAS = Outside and while depressing your SHIFT KEY... Select the grey striped areas
STEP 3 Hit your DELETE key DESELECT IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR
This should be your result We'll call this shape 1
STEP 4 Go back to your first copy IMAGE >>> MIRROR EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR Same settings We'll call this shape 2
STEP 5 Open a new image 675 x 565 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel On the shape 2 image Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your blank tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. ADJUST >>> HUE & SATURATION >>> COLORIZE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET
STEP 6 ACTIVATE your shape 1 image Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your blank tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN ADJUST >>> HUE & SATURATION >>> COLORIZE Same settings EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Change Vertical offset to (minus) -35
STEP 7 ACTIVATE Raster 1 Open up the twirlshape image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Change Vertical offset to 60
STEP 8 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 9 ACTIVATE Raster 3 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
STEP 10 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings ACTIVATE Raster 2 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL Same settings EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings
STEP 11 ACTIVATE Raster 1 Flood fill with #050070 ACTIVATE Raster 4 Open up the tubeclaudiaviza-fantasia45 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 12 Open up the 1228506091_feerie image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Change Vertical offset to (minus) -45 In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L)
STEP 13 ACTIVATE Raster 3 Open up the JoyB~cmichaelerickson_mermaid image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW .. change DIRECTION to 135 Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 14 ACTIVATE Raster 2 Open up the Yoka-Misted-Jellyfish080909 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 15 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with BLUE #050070 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with PURPLE #615dfd SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Flood fill with BLUE #050070 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK DESELECT

STEP 17 ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK
STEP 18 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT tool Using a font of your choice Add your name
STEP 19 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image
