STEP 1 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load the ' gmbgrad9 ' gradient in your background using these settings Load LIGHT BLUE' #1780c3 ' in your foreground Load DARK BLUE' #155f8d ' in your background	.
STEP 2 Open up the scrolled-paper-mask image in your PSP workspace and minimize Open a new image 650 x 500 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with LIGHT BLUE LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with GRADIENT LAYERS >>> NEW MASK LAYER >>> FROM IMAGE
STEP 3 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE GROUP ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to SCREEN
STEP 4 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to BURN IMAGE >>> FLIP IMAGE >>> MIRROR IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ACTIVATE Group - Raster 2 EDIT >>> Repeat Resize
STEP 5 ACTIVATE Raster 1 Open up the 549226.png image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 65% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET
STEP 6 ACTIVATE Group - Raster 2 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X6: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X6: There is no " Sample Merged" PSPX - X6: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the OUTER area
STEP 7 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY to 65% Change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L)
STEP 8 ACTIVATE Group - Raster 2 With your MAGIC WAND... same settings Select the OUTER area as in STEP 6 ACTIVATE Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
STEP 9 EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE SELECTIONS >>> INVERT LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> BRING TO TOP EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 75 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK DESELECT
STEP 10 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT Flood fill with DARK BLUE EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 75 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 11 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 DESELECT
STEP 12 Open up the body-paint image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 37% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 13 Open up the Mtm_Funny-_169-IL-small-27 jan 2008 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LIGHTEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 14 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE IMAGE >>> MIRROR In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L) EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 75 Blur = 5.00 Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 15 ACTIVATE Group - Raster 2 With your MAGIC WAND... same settings Select the OUTER area as in STEP 6 ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 5 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 16 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 DESELECT
STEP 17 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECT your TEXT tool With a font of your choice add your name
STEP 18 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image
