STEP 1 Open a new image 700 x 500 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel
STEP 2 Open up the pearl7 image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 6 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 195 Edge Mode = Transparent LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> FLIP LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 3 Back to the pearl7 image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 6 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. PSP9: IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED PSPX - PSPX6: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = - (minus) 286 Vertical Offset = 0 Edge Mode = Transparent LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 4 Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 5 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 6 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE EFFECTS>>> GEOMETRIC EFFECTS >>> Perspective Vertical
STEP 7 EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = - (minus) 25 Edge Mode = Transparent LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> FLIP LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
STEP 8 Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 9 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN ADJUST >>> HUE & SATURATION >>> COLORIZE Hue = 0 Saturation = 20 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EDIT >>> Repeat Colourize
STEP 10 Open up the JF-gem23 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. PSP9: IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = LEFT 45 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED PSPX - PSPX6: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = LEFT 45 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED IMAGE >>> FLIP IMAGE >>> MIRROR IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 30% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 11 ADJUST >>> HUE & SATURATION >>> COLORIZE Hue = 0 Saturation = 20 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> SIMPLE >>> TOP LEFT MIRROR EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur = 0 ACTIVATE the Raster 2 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow. ACTIVATE the Copy of Raster 2 layer EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.
STEP 12 ACTIVATE the Raster 2 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X6: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X6: There is no " Sample Merged" Select the CENTRE transparent area SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 4 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
STEP 13 ACTIVATE Raster 1 Flood fill with Dark Pink #ab8b85 EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> BLINDS DESELECT
STEP 14 ACTIVATE the Copy of Raster 2 layer With your MAGIC WAND.... Same settings. Select the CENTRE transparent area SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 4 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM Flood fill with Light Pink #e9bab1 DESELECT
STEP 15 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 65 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 2 With your MAGIC WAND.... Same settings. and while depressing your SHIFT KEY... Select the areas shown
STEP 16 ACTIVATE Raster 4 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
STEP 17 DESELECT
STEP 18 ACTIVATE the Copy of Raster 2 layer EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 19 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 ACTIVATE Raster 2 layer EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow. EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 315 ACTIVATE Raster 3 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow. EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135
STEP 20 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with Light Pink SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 70 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK Flood fill with Dark Pink SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4
STEP 21 EDIT >>> CLEAR Repeat both Drop Shadows Flood fill with Light Pink SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR Repeat both Drop Shadows DESELECT
STEP 22 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL Same settings ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW change DIRECTION to 315 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 AND Change "Distance" = 5 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE Save as .pspimage image
STEP 23 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN Flood fill with Light Pink Open up the TheWay-Kim image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE In your LAYER PALETTE Change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L)
STEP 24 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT tool and with a font of your choice add your name LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image
