STEP 1 Open a new image 650 x 600 Transparent background PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit) PSPX-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with WHITE Open up the template4JF image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
STEP 2 In your MATERIALS PALETTE load goldenbeads pattern in the foreground using these settings
STEP 3 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = ADD (Shift) Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X6: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X6: There is no " Sample Merged" Select the 2 centre circles SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 1 Flood fill with the pattern EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE
STEP 4 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT With your MAGIC WAND Same settings Select the 2 oval shapes SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 3 Flood fill with the pattern EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 5 ACTIVATE Raster 1 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with BLACK ACTIVATE Raster 2 With your MAGIC WAND Same settings Select the inner section of all 4 shapes SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 1 ACTIVATE Raster 3 Hit your DELETE key DESELECT
STEP 6 EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> BLINDS COLOUR = #202020
STEP 7 EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE
STEP 8 ACTIVATE Raster 2 Open up the pearl-corners image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = Checked Select the corner shown Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
STEP 9 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 60% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN PSP9: IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 45 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED PSPX - PSPX6: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 45 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 10 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR Reposition with your MOVER tool if necessary LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 11 Open up the gold-and-pearls image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET Horizontal = - (Minus) 122 Vertical = 0 Edge Mode = Transparent
STEP 12 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 13 In your MATERIALS PALETTE load goldfold1JF pattern in the foreground using these settings
STEP 14 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Flood fill with goldfold1JF pattern ADJUST >>> BLUR >>> GAUSSIAN BLUR Radius = 4.00 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 2 Flood fill with goldfold1JF pattern ADJUST >>> BLUR >>> GAUSSIAN BLUR Radius = 4.00 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT
STEP 15 CLOSE Raster 1 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE OPEN & ACTIVATE Raster 1 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL Open up the SvB Trap 2 misted image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DESELECT
STEP 16 Open up the Hanne-Girls-24-Juni2008 image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 2 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 17 Back to the Hanne-Girls-24-Juni2008 image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 1 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 18 Back to the Hanne-Girls-24-Juni2008 image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 1 Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = Checked Select the area shown
STEP 19 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition into the lower circle with your MOVER tool
STEP 20 Back to the Hanne-Girls-24-Juni2008 image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 2 Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = Checked Select the area shown
STEP 21 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition into the upper circle with your MOVER tool
STEP 22 ACTIVATE the MERGED layer Open up the pearl-corners image in your PSP workspace Choose your SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Rectangle Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = Checked Select the corner shown Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
STEP 23 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 24 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 25 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> SIMPLE >>> TOP LEFT MIRROR ACTIVATE Raster 7 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> SIMPLE >>> TOP LEFT MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT tool and with a font of your choice add your name LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image
