STEP 1 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load the ' goldfill1 ' pattern in your foreground using these settings.
STEP 2 Open up the Floral-No4 image in your PSP workspace WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Close the original Image LAYERS >>> Promote background layer IMAGE >>> MIRROR EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR Horizontal Offset = 0 Vertical Offset = 0 Edge Mode = Reflect
STEP 3 EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> SEAMLESS TILING
STEP 4 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE (3 Times) CLOSE the bottom 3 layers Keep Copy (3) of Raster 1 active
STEP 5 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 15 EDIT >>> CLEAR EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> OUTER BEVEL DESELECT
STEP 6 ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 80 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK

STEP 18 OPEN ALL layers ACTIVATE Copy (2) of Raster 1 IMAGE >>> FLIP ACTIVATE Raster 1 IMAGE >>> FLIP

STEP 21 If you wish to use the frame as is... Save as .pspimage image
STEP 22 To create the second option.. WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE Minimize the saved image With your duplicated image active LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> SEAMLESS TILING Same settings
STEP 23 ACTIVATE the Merged layer With your MAGIC WAND ...Same settings Select the CENTRE transparent area SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 4
STEP 24 ACTIVATE Copy of Merged EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
STEP 25 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN Flood fill with BLUE #b5c3f7 Open up the JR-WHIMSYBIT-ATTHEPOND image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE TEXTURE = linenPOP
