Save to a folder on your computer

JF_dot_template40.pspimage
Save to your PSP Patterns folder

STEP 1

Open a new image 700 x 600
Transparent background
PSP9: Colour Depth = 16 Million Colors (24bit)
PSPX-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel


Flood fill with
GREY #92a2b2

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Flood fill with DAR
K BLUE #15385b

VIEW >>> RULERS
STEP 2

Open up the
ellipse.png image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET
Horizontal Offset = 0
Vertical Offset = 25
Edge Mode =
Transparent

SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> FLOAT
SELECTIONS >>> DEFLOAT

ACTIVATE
Raster 2

EDIT >>> CLEAR
DO NOT DESELECT

DELETE
Raster 3
STEP 3

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

Flood fill with GREY

SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 3

SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
EDIT >>> CLEAR

SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3
EDIT >>> CLEAR

ACTIVATE Raster 1

EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT

STEP 4

DROP SHADOW
STEP 5

EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow..
change DIRECTION to 135
STEP 6

ACTIVATE Raster 3

Open up the LHDYAB_supply1 image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET
Horizontal Offset = 0
Vertical Offset =
- (MINUS) 60
Edge Mode =
Transparent
STEP 7

Select your RASTER DEFORM tool
Mode = SCALE
use default settings

PSPX - X6:Select your PICK tool

Drag the centre top node down to the
195 pixel mark on your left ruler
STEP 8

Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow

Select another tool to disengage the
DEFORMATION / PICK TOOL

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 30%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN

PSP9: IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 45
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED

PSPX - PSPX6:
IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 45
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED


IMAGE >>> FLIP

Flood fill with
DARK BLUE

IMAGE >>> RESIZE =
90%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE


EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity =
100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

STEP 11

ACTIVATE Raster 3

With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9 - X6: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX
- X6: There is no " Sample Merged"

Select the centre of the ellipse

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 3
STEP 12

ACTIVATE Raster 5

EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT

In your MATERIALS PALETTE load
JF_dot_template40 pattern in the foreground
using these settings

STEP 13

With your MAGIC WAND.... Same settings.
Select the outer border

STEP 14

ACTIVATE Raster 2

Flood fill with the pattern

DESELECT

SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT =

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black

Save as .pspimage image
STEP 16

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Flood fill with
PALE BLUE #c9ddeb

LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN

Open up the angeles_hadasA (407) image
in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
STEP 17

ACTIVATE the
Merged layer

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Select your TEXT tool
and with a font of your choice add your name
STEP 18

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)

Save as .jpg image
