DESELECT In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 6 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.

STEP 12 ACTIVATE lep 4 Open up the PotofGold_CR_021206image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool Rename this layer POG1
STEP 13 CLOSE all layers except POG1 ACTIVATE POG1 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE Rename this layer POG2 CLOSE POG1 Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Selection Type = Point to Point Mode = Replace Feather = 0 Antialias = UNChecked Select the area shown
STEP 14 HIT your DELETE KEY DESELECT LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE Rename this layer POG3 CLOSE POG2 Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL Same settings Select the area shown

STEP 18 OPEN & ACTIVATE POG4 Repeat Drop Shadow. OPEN & ACTIVATE POG3 Repeat Drop Shadow. OPEN & ACTIVATE POG2 Repeat Drop Shadow. OPEN & ACTIVATE POG1 Repeat Drop Shadow.
STEP 19 OPEN ALL LAYERS ACTIVATE POG5 Open up the IrishBlessing2image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 15% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE (Twice) LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN (Twice) ADJUST >>> COLOUR BALANCE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE PSPX - X3: IMAGE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE Rename this layer text Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 20 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 21 Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 22 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 23 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click top of frame image and select 'Paste After Current Frame' from the options. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 24 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click top of frame image and select 'Paste After Current Frame' from the options. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 25 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click top of frame image and select 'Paste After Current Frame' from the options. Back to PSP. Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 26 In ANIMATION SHOP Right click top of frame image and select 'Paste After Current Frame' from the options. OOPS... I forgot the layer with your name
STEP 27 Back to PSP. Open a new image small enough to contain your name Transparent background Select your TEXT TOOL with font and settings of your choice Enter your name
STEP 28 Right click on Title Bar and select COPY from the options In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options. Edit >> Select All Edit >> Copy Edit >> Propagate Paste Click on the Title Bar of the animation frames Edit >> Select All Edit >> Paste into selected frame ZOOM in on the first frame (F:1) and place the name as shown then release your mouse button
STEP 29 Edit >> Select All Right click on Title Bar of frames Select 'Frame Properties' from the options Display time = 50
STEP 30 If you wish to resize your animation.... RESIZING ANIMATIONS Click on the Title Bar of the frames Animation >> Resize animation Select width and height in pixels Click OK Save your animation
STEP 31 View >> Animation and while it is still running, File >> Save As Locate the folder in which you wish to save it. Name your animation. With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT until you get to the last one... click FINISH Close the Animation Close the frames. Close Animation Shop
