Save to a folder on your computer

stamp_frame.PspBrush
Save to your PSP Brushes folder
PSP8: C:\Program Files\Jasc Software\Paint Shop Pro 8\Brushes
PSP9: C:\Program Files\Jasc Software\Paint Shop Pro 9\Brushes
PSPX: C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel Paint Shop Pro X\Brushes
PSPXI / X2: C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2\Corel_01
PSPX3: C:\Program Files\Corel\X3\PSPClassic\Corel_01

OR open the stamp_frame.PspBrush in psp
FILE >> EXPORT >> Custom Brush
Name the brush stamp_frame and click OK

This places both .pspbrush and .pspscript into the right folder

STEP 1

Open a new image 450 x 530
Transparent background
PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel
PSPX3
: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel

VIEW >>> RULERS

In your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load BROWN "
#56372f " in your foreground

Select your PAINT BRUSH tool

PRESET = stamp_frame


STEP 2

Centre your brush on your blank image
and left click your mouse 3 times
without moving your mouse

Doesn't have to be "exact centre",
as long as there's space around the frame.

Rename this layer frame
STEP 3

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER


LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN

Flood fill with PINK
#c6a298

ACTIVATE the
frame layer

With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9 - X3: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX
- X3: There is no " Sample Merged"
PSPX - X3: Use all layers = UNChecked


Select the area outside the frame
STEP 4

ACTIVATE the bottom layer

Hit the DELETE key on your keyboard

DESELECT

ACTIVATE the frame layer

With your MAGIC WAND
... Same settings

Select the area inside the frame

ACTIVATE the bottom layer

Hit the DELETE key on your keyboard

DESELECT

PSP8:
COLOURS >>> ADJUST >>> BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST

PSP9 - PSPX3: ADJUST >>> BRIGHTNESS and CONTRAST >>> BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST
STEP 6

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

Rename this layer frame

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

STEP 7

ACTIVATE the
frame layer

With your MAGIC WAND
... Same settings

Select the area outside the frame

ACTIVATE the bgd layer

Hit the DELETE key on your keyboard

SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

IMAGE >>> CROP TO SELECTION

STEP 8

ACTIVATE the
frame layer

With your MAGIC WAND... Same settings

Select the area
inside the frame

SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>>
DROP SHADOW


DESELECT

Your image should look like this

ACTIVATE the bgd layer

Open up the Othello_Groene blade image
in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options


Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> MIRROR

IMAGE >>> RESIZE =
65%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>>
DROP SHADOW
Same settings


Reposition with your MOVER tool
Doesn't have to be exact.. you can move it around later.

STEP 10

Open up the

in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options


Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE =
55%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN


Choose your SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Rectangle
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNChecked


Select the text and DELETE

DESELECT

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Change "Vertical offset" to -20

in your PSP workspace
Open & Acti
vate Copy (2) of Tube #3 layer

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options


Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

STEP 18

CLOSE
girl2 and girl3 layers
and leave
girl3 active even though it's closed

Open up the

in your PSP workspace
Activate
Raster1
layer

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options


Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

Change Horizontal and vertical settings

STEP 21

OPEN ALL LAYERS

ACTIVATE the
girl1 layer

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> PERSPECTIVE SHADOW


ACTIVATE the girl2 layer
EDIT >>> Repeat Perspective Shadow

ACTIVATE the girl3 layer
EDIT >>> Repeat Perspective Shadow

STEP 22

ACTIVATE the
bird1 layer
EDIT >>> Repeat Perspective Shadow


ACTIVATE the
bird2 layer
EDIT >>> Repeat Perspective Shadow


ACTIVATE the bird3 layer
EDIT >>> Repeat Perspective Shadow


Save as .psp image
(So you don't lose your work)

STEP 23


Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown

Right click on Title Bar and select
Copy merged from the options

STEP 24

In ANIMATION SHOP


Right click the workspace and select
'Paste As New Animation' from the options.

Back to PSP.


Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown

Right click on Title Bar and select
Copy merged from the options



STEP 25

In ANIMATION SHOP


Right click top of frame image and select
'Paste After Current Frame'
from the options.


Back to PSP.


Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown

Right click on Title Bar and select
Copy merged from the options

STEP 26

In ANIMATION SHOP


Right click top of frame image and select
'Paste After Current Frame'
from the options.


Edit >> Select All
Edit >> Copy

EDIT >> Paste >> As New Animation

Edit >> Select All

Animation >> Reverse frames

Edit >> Select All
Edit >> Copy


Ret
urn to the previous animation frames, click your cursor inside frame 3 (F:3) to activate
EDIT >>
Paste >> After Current Frame



STEP 27

Edit >> Select All

Right click on Title Bar of frames
Select 'Frame Properties' from the options
Display time =
60
STEP 28

RIGHT Click inside the first frame (F:1) to activate


Select 'Frame Properties' from the options
Display time =
120

RIGHT Click inside the
fourth frame (F:4) to activate

Select 'Frame Properties' from the options
Display time =
120
STEP 29

View >> Animation
and while it is still running,
File >> Save As

Locate the folder in which you wish to save it.

Name your animation.

With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT
until you get to the last one... click FINISH

Close the Animation
Close the frames.
Close Animation Shop
..
