STEP 1 Open a new image 600 x 480 Transparent background PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel PSPX3: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with Maroon #7c0600 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> SCULPTURE COLOUR = #c0c0c0
STEP 2 In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to SOFT LIGHT
STEP 3 Open up the T.Reagen_3123 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to MULTIPLY Reposition UP with your MOVER tool
STEP 4 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 5 Flood fill with BLUE #23335a SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR Open up the chinese-ink-painting-836-2 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options. DO NOT DESELECT
STEP 6 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 7 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 DESELECT
STEP 8 Open up the Betsie 544_21-12-2010 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 9 Select your DEFORMATION tool Mode = SCALE use default settings PSPX-X3:Select your PICK tool Drag the centre right node to the left, inside the blue frame Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow Select the MOVER tool to disengage the DEFORMATION tool (PICK tool) ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE
STEP 10 Open up the chinese-zodiac-snake image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 11 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings Open up the snakeWA image in your PSP workspace Activate ' year of the snake' layer Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 2 Colour = WHITE Opacity = 70 Blur = 0 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN REPEAT DROP SHADOW Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 12 Open up the snakeWA image in your PSP workspace Activate ' 2013 ' layer Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 2 Colour = WHITE Opacity = 70 Blur = 0 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN REPEAT DROP SHADOW Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 13 ACTIVATE RASTER 4 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> FLOAT SELECTIONS >>> DEFLOAT EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 315 DESELECT
STEP 14 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with BLUE SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3 Flood fill with BLUE SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 2 Colour = WHITE Opacity = 70 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 2 Click OK
STEP 15 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE
STEP 16 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image
