STEP 1 Open a new image 600 x 600 Transparent background RASTER BACKGROUND PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel PSPX3: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel
STEP 2 Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates
STEP 3 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT Flood fill with ORANGE #dc8a42 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> <I.C.NET Software> Filters Unlimited 2
STEP 4 DESELECT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 2 Colour = Black Opacity = 80 Blur = 0
STEP 5 ACTIVATE RASTER 1 EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> BLINDS
STEP 6 ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1 In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to BURN LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to NORMAL EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> IT@LIAN EDITORS EFFECT>>> Raggi di Luce

STEP 9 ACTIVATE Raster 1 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X3: Check CONTIGUOUS Select the area shown

STEP 12 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with #630000 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 98% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
STEP 13 ACTIVATE Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 3 Open up the paysages_0042_lisat image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 14 LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE UP ACTIVATE the top layer Open up the SS_266 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 65% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 15 LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE UP (Twice) ACTIVATE Copy (3) of Raster 1 Open up the ```KaraT2048 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 16 ACTIVATE Raster 1 With your MAGIC WAND.... Same settings. Select the area shown
STEP 17 ACTIVATE Raster 6 SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 5 EDIT >>> CLEAR DESELECT Open up the Chat_Roux image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 35% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 18 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> PERSPECTIVE SHADOW
STEP 19 Open up the WA_FurryFriends image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 2 Colour = WHITE Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 20 If you don't wish to do the animation... Add your name to the tag LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image
STEP 21 If you wish to do the animation... LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER Select your TEXT TOOL with font and settings of your choice add your name to the bottom left corner of the layer.
STEP 22 CLOSE Raster 7 (The cat layer) ACTIVATE Raster 2 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE OPEN & ACTIVATE Raster 7 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
STEP 23 Open up the H Sparkle - Plain image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN Reposition with your MOVER tool LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 24 CLOSE Copy of Raster 7 ACTIVATE the Merged layer Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options In ANIMATION SHOP Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options.
STEP 25 Back to PSP. OPEN Copy of Raster 7 CLOSE Raster 7 Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options In ANIMATION SHOP Right click top of frame image and select 'Paste After Current Frame' from the options.
STEP 26 Right click in frame 1 ( F:1) Select 'Frame Properties' from the options Display time =70
STEP 27 Right click in frame 2 ( F:2) Select 'Frame Properties' from the options Display time =35
STEP 28 View >> Animation and while it is still running, File >> Save As Locate the folder in which you wish to save it. Name your animation. With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT until you get to the last one... click FINISH Close the Animation Close the frames. Close Animation Shop
