STEP 1 Open a new image 600 x 500 Transparent background PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel PSPX3: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with LIGHT BLUE #b2bbe0 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with DARK BLUE #383d58
STEP 2 Open up the mask_02 image in your PSP workspace and minimize LAYERS >>> NEW MASK LAYER >>> FROM IMAGE Source window = mask_02.jpg Click OK LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE GROUP
STEP 3 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to MULTIPLY
STEP 4 EFFECTS >>> ILLUMINATION EFFECTS >>> SUNBURST
STEP 5 Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol and enter these coordinates.
STEP 6 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT Flood fill with DARK BLUE SELECTIONS >>> INVERT SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 5 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT EDIT >>> CLEAR SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
STEP 7 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135
STEP 8 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT ACTIVATE Raster 1 EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> BLINDS
STEP 9 DESELECT
STEP 10 ACTIVATE Group - Raster 2 Open up the ii_diamondstrands image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 40% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 11 EFFECTS>>> GEOMETRIC EFFECTS >>> CIRCLE
STEP 12 EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
STEP 13 Open up the Hajime_Sorayama image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> MIRROR IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 14 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> PERSPECTIVE SHADOW
STEP 15 Open up the silverscreen image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 16 Open up the beads image in your PSP workspace and minimize In your MATERIALS PALETTE load beads pattern in the foreground using these settings
STEP 17 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with beads pattern SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 6 EDIT >>> CLEAR EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 55 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 18 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 DESELECT EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE
STEP 19 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER ADD your name LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = SYMMETRIC 1 COLOUR = DARK BLUE #383d58 Save as .jpg image
