Open the supplied materials in PSP and minimize
STEP 1 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load DARK TEAL ' #3b5558 ' in your foreground Load LIGHT TEAL ' #54868b ' in your background
STEP 2 Open a new image 600 x 500 Transparent background PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel PSPX3-X6: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with LIGHT TEAL LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill with DARK TEAL LAYERS >>> NEW MASK LAYER >>> FROM IMAGE
STEP 3 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE GROUP EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = Black Opacity = 100 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK
STEP 4 IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE PSP9: IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED PSPX - PSPX6: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED EFFECTS >>> IMAGE EFFECTS >>> OFFSET

STEP 12 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135
STEP 13 ACTIVATE Raster 2 EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 315 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPEN >>> SHARPEN
STEP 14 EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW Same settings EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135 Save as .pspimage image
You have a couple of options here ...
STEP 15 OPTION 1 ACTIVATE Raster 1 Open up the Mythical-Creatures image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
STEP 16 OPTION 2 Follow instructions in STEP 15 then LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
STEP 17 Add your name Add copyright image LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image
