STEP 1 In your MATERIALS PALETTE Load the ' JFpatt75 ' pattern in your foreground using these settings below.
STEP 2 Open a new image 600 x 450 Transparent background PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel PSPX3: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel Flood fill with the pattern
STEP 3 SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 12 EDIT >>> CLEAR SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE
STEP 4 With your MAGIC WAND Mode = Replace Match Mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Antialias = UNchecked Sample Merged = UNCHECKED PSP9 - X3: Check CONTIGUOUS PSPX - X3: There is no " Sample Merged" PSPX - X3: Use all layers = UNChecked Select the CENTRE transparent area
STEP 5 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 12 Flood fill with the pattern SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 12 EDIT >>> CLEAR SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL Same settings EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE
STEP 6 With your MAGIC WAND .... STEP 7 With your MAGIC WAND .... Same settings Select the CENTRE transparent area SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 12 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM Flood fill with #665345 DESELECT EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1 Colour = WHITE Opacity = 80 Blur = 0 Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1 Click OK
STEP 8 LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE PSP8 - PSP9: IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED PSPX - PSPX3: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90 Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED
STEP 9 With your MAGIC WAND .... Same settings Select the CENTRE transparent area SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 3 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER Flood fill the selected area with #eae6ca LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM DESELECT
STEP 10 ACTIVATE RASTER 3 Open up the JF_Elements49 image in your PSP workspace Activate Raster 6 Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 11 Select your RASTER DEFORM tool Mode = SCALE use default settings PSPX - X3:Select your PICK tool Adjust the oriental letters as shown
STEP 12 Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow Select another tool to disengage the DEFORMATION / PICK TOOL LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE IMAGE >>> MIRROR LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
STEP 13 LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE With your MAGIC WAND .... Same settings Select the CENTRE transparent area SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 3 SELECTIONS >>> INVERT LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW DESELECT
STEP 14 LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN Flood fill with #eae6ca Save as .pspimage image
STEP 15 Open up the Chinese_Landscape_15 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE IMAGE >>> MIRROR ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE
STEP 16 Open up the libellulegraphisme_panda2 image in your PSP workspace Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options. IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 55% Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 17 Add your name LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten) Save as .jpg image
