In this section we will animate the banner

STEP 3/01
EDIT >>> Empty clipboard
ACTIVATE the banner layer
Right click on Title Bar and select Copy from the options |

In ANIMATION SHOP
Right click the workspace and select
'Paste As New Animation' from the options.
Effects >> Insert Image Effect.
Select the "Underwater" effect
and
Click CUSTOMIZE

On the WAVE settings clear any previous settings by dragging any wave vector lines off the pane.
Select "1" from the WAVE drop down box and enter these settings.
Select "2" from the WAVE drop down box and enter these settings.
(If the 'Sunlight intensity" is not greyed out check the "Apply refractive distortion")
Click OK

Enter these settings then click OK

ACTIVATE the frames
Click inside frame 1 (F:1) the surrounding edge will turn red.
(This frame is not animated and needs to be deleted)
Right click and from the drop down options
select CUT

Back to PSP.
EDIT >>> Empty clipboard
Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown
Right click on Title Bar and select
Copy merged from the options

In ANIMATION SHOP
Right click the workspace and select
'Paste As New Animation' from the options.
Depress your CTRL key and press the letter L
(Upper Case) 4 times
Edit >> Select All
Activate the banner frames
Edit >> Select All
Edit >> Copy
Edit >> Propagate Paste
Activate the frame frames
Edit >> Paste into selected frame
Click to set image in centre of frame 1 (F:1)

Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown
Right click on Title Bar and select
Copy from the options |

Edit >> Select All
Edit >> Copy
Edit >> Propagate Paste
Activate the banner and frame frames
Edit >> Select All
Edit >> Paste into selected frame
Click to set image in centre of frame 1 (F:1)

CLOSE THE MERGED LAYER
OPEN & ACTIVATE sparkle 1
OPEN THE BLANK layer
(Without the BLANK layer the sparkles will not fit
correctly in the animation)
Right click on Title Bar
and select Copy merged from the options |

In ANIMATION SHOP
Click inside frame 1 (F:1) on the wreath frames to activate
Right click on the blue Title Bar and select
"Paste into selected frame" from the options
Place the sparkles over the green bulbs
Click to set image in frame 1 (F:1) |

Place the sparkles over the red bulbs

Right click on Title Bar
and select Copy from the options
In ANIMATION SHOP

'Paste As New Animation' from the options.

Edit >> Select All
Edit >> Copy
Edit >> Propagate Paste
Activate the red bgd frames
Edit >> Paste into selected frame
Click to set image in centre of frame 1 (F:1)
To set the wreath frames accurately... DO NOT MOVE YOU CURSOR before clicking into place

Edit >> Select All
Right click on Title Bar of frames
Select 'Frame Properties' from the options
Display time = 35
|

View >> Animation
and while it is still running,
File >> Save As
Locate the folder in which you wish to save it.
Name your animation.
With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT
until you get to the last one... click FINISH
Close the Animation
Close the frames.
