STEP 30

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER


Flood fill with WHITE

SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 1
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT


Rename this layer blank
(We need this layer so the snowflakes end up in the correct positions)

Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown

ACTIVATE the bgd layer

STEP 31

Right click on Title Bar and select Copy from the options

In ANIMATION SHOP

Right click the workspace and select 'Paste As New Animation' from the options.

Effects >> Insert Image Effect >> Noise

Click on CUSTOMIZE button and enter these settings



Click OK

Then enter these settings and click OK

STEP 32

Click inside frame 1 (F:1) to activate

Right click and select CUT from the options

You will be left with 6 frames

Back to PSP.


Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown

ACTIVATE the blank layer
OPEN the flake 1 layer

Right click on Title Bar and select
Copy merged from the options

STEP 34

In ANIMATION SHOP


Right click in the first frame (F:1) of the bgd frames and select
'Paste into selected frame ' from the options
(Don't worry if all the white edge isn't showing... it will eventually be covered by the 'frame')


STEP 35

Back to PSP.


EDIT >>> Empty clipboard

CLOSE the flake 1 layer
OPEN the flake 2 layer

Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 36

In ANIMATION SHOP


Right click in the second frame (F:2) of the bgd frames and select
'Paste into selected frame ' from the options

Back to PSP.


EDIT >>> Empty clipboard

CLOSE the flake 2 layer
OPEN the flake 3 layer

Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options

STEP 38

In ANIMATION SHOP


Right click in the third frame (F:3) of the bgd frames and select
'Paste into selected frame ' from the options

STEP 39

Back to PSP.


EDIT >>> Empty clipboard

CLOSE the flake 3 layer
OPEN the flake 4 layer

Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 40

In ANIMATION SHOP


Right click in the fourth frame (F:4) of the bgd frames and select
'Paste into selected frame ' from the options


STEP 41

Back to PSP.


EDIT >>> Empty clipboard

CLOSE the flake 4 layer
OPEN the flake 5 layer

Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 42

In ANIMATION SHOP


Right click in the fifth frame (F:5) of the bgd frames and select
'Paste into selected frame ' from the options


STEP 43

Back to PSP.


EDIT >>> Empty clipboard

CLOSE the flake 5 layer
OPEN the flake 6 layer

Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 44

In ANIMATION SHOP


Right click in the sixth frame (F:6) of the bgd frames and select
'Paste into selected frame ' from the options

STEP 45

Back to PSP.


EDIT >>> Empty clipboard

Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown

Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options
STEP 46

In ANIMATION SHOP


Right click the workspace and select
'Paste As New Animation' from the options.

Depress your CTRL key and press the letter L
(Upper Case)
5 times

Edit >> Select All
Edit >> Copy
Edit >> Propagate Paste

ACTIVATE the
bgd frames

Edit >> Select All

ZOOM in on frame 1 (F:1)

Edit >> Paste into selected frame
STEP 47

View >> Animation
and while it is still running,
File >> Save As

Locate the folder in which you wish to save it.

Name your animation.

With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT
until you get to the last one... click FINISH

Close the Animation
Close the frames.
Close Animation Shop
