Load WHITE in your MATERIALS PALETTE (Foreground)

CLOSE RASTER 2
ACTIVATE RASTER 1


LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Select your PAINT BRUSH tool
BRUSH = Rain_004




Centre your brush and left click your mouse
3 times without moving your mouse.
CLOSE RASTER 3

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Select your PAINT BRUSH tool
BRUSH = Rain_003
Default settings

Centre your brush and left click your mouse
3 times without moving your mouse.

CLOSE RASTER 4

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Select your PAINT BRUSH tool
BRUSH = Rain_002

Centre your brush and left click your mouse
3 times without moving your mouse.

OPEN & ACTIVATE RASTER 2


Open up the
JER_Rain London - Andrea Laliberte image
in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.


IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 55%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

Reposition with your MOVER tool
In your LAYER PALETTE
Drag Raster 6 down under Raster 3

ACTIVATE RASTER 2


Open up the cindy~girl24_07 image
in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.


IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 55%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

Reposition with your MOVER tool
In your LAYER PALETTE
Drag Raster 7 down under Raster 3
ACTIVATE RASTER 2

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Flood fill with BLUE
#7787b3

SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5
EDIT >>> CLEAR

DESELECT

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Open up the wetter01 image in your PSP workspace
The SUN is already selected

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.




Reposition with your MOVER tool

Rename this layer
SUN
Open up the DM_UMBRELLA_KKAT47 image
in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.


IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN


Reposition with your MOVER tool
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings

ACTIVATE RASTER 7
EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow


ACTIVATE RASTER 6
EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow

In your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load CREAM "
#f7efde" in your foreground
Load RED "
#c14b2f " in your background



ACTIVATE RASTER 9

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Select your TEXT tool



In the TEXT BOX type in
(or in PSPX3... directly on image)
" Rain or Shine"

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 1
Colour = Black
Opacity =
100
Blur = 0

Reposition with your MOVER tool

DESELECT

Select your TEXT tool
