In your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load LIGHT BLUE ' #658fff ' in your foreground
Load WHITE ' #ffffff ' in your background

Open a new image 550 x 550
Transparent background
PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel
PSPX3: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel

Flood fill with LIGHT BLUE

EFFECTS >>> ARTISTIC EFFECTS >>> HALFTONE
INK COLOUR = BLUE #415bba
BACKGROUND COLOUR = WHITE



EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> POLAR COORDINATES



IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE



EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> TWIRL



EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL

EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135

Flood fill with BLUE #415bba

LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM



Rename your layers in the LAYER PALETTE
and ACTIVATE 'circle 3'

Open up the vkf.png image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

Reposition with your MOVER tool



Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Point to Point
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNChecked

Select the halo



Hit your DELETE key

DESELECT

With your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Point to Point
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Antialias = Checked

Select her right foot as shown below



Click inside the 'marching ants' to select the foot

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select CUT from the options

DESELECT

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options.
and place the foot back where it was...



DESELECT

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> PINCH STRENGTH = 25% Reposition with your MOVER tool
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> PINCH STRENGTH = 25% Reposition with your MOVER tool
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> PINCH STRENGTH = 25% Reposition with your MOVER tool
Rename your layers in the LAYER PALETTE and ACTIVATE the 'child' layer .

With your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Point to Point
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Antialias = Checked

Select the 'bell' as shown below



Click inside the 'marching ants' to select the 'bell'

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image and select CUT from the options

ACTIVATE THE foot 1 layer

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options.
and place the bell back where it was...



DESELECT

ACTIVATE THE foot 2 layer

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options.
and place the bell back on top of the first bell...

PSP8 - PSP9:IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = LEFT 25
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED

PSPX - PSPX3: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = LEFT 25

DESELECT

Reposition with your MOVER tool




ACTIVATE THE foot 3 layer

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options.
and place the bell back on top of the first bell...

PSP8 - PSP9:IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = LEFT 50
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED

PSPX - PSPX3: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = LEFT 50
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED

DESELECT

Reposition with your MOVER tool



Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

ACTIVATE THE foot 4 layer

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options.
and place the bell back on top of the first bell...

Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED

Open up the attitude 2-3-09.png image in your PSP workspace

Choose your SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Rectangle
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNChecked

Select the "and I know how to use it"



Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

ADJUST >>> COLOUR BALANCE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE
PSPX - X3: IMAGE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 2
Colour = Black
Opacity = 70
Blur = 5.00

Reposition with your MOVER tool



Back to the attitude 2-3-09.png image

SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

ADJUST >>> COLOUR BALANCE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE
PSPX - X3: IMAGE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 2
Colour = Black
Opacity = 70
Blur = 5.00

Reposition with your MOVER tool

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN

Rename this layer 'wordart'

In your LAYER PALETTE drag this layer under the 'child' layer.



ACTIVATE the 'bgd' layer

SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 2
Click OK

DESELECT

Save as .psp image
or .pspimage

OK... now we'll animate... go to NEXT page
