STEP 1

Open a new image 600 x 450
Transparent background
PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel
PSPX3: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel

Flood fill with GREEN

STEP 3

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER


SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL

Open up the jungle-4-wallpaper image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options


Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options.

DESELECT

STEP 4

EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>>
ROTATING MIRROR
STEP 5

EFFECTS>>> GEOMETRIC EFFECTS >>>
CIRCLE
STEP 6

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
STEP 7

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE


IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE


ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN


STEP 8

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE


IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

Reposition DOWN with your MOVER tool

change DIRECTION to 315

ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 2

STEP 16

Open up the
BewilderedDragon_KAT image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings

EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135

Reposition with your MOVER tool
STEP 17

LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER


SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL

Flood fill with GREEN #40b094

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3

Flood fill with BLUE #5d63d2

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3

Flood fill with GREEN #40b094

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3

EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT

STEP 18

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 70
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL

STEP 19

LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER


Select your TEXT TOOL
with font and settings of your choice
add your name to the bottom left corner of the layer.
STEP 20

ACTIVATE Copy (2) of Raster 2
STEP 21

Right click on Title Bar and select Copy from the options

In ANIMATION SHOP

Right click the workspace and select
'Paste As New Animation' from the options.

STEP 22

Effects >> Insert Image Effect
>> Stream


STEP 23

Back to PSP


ACTIVATE RASTER
3 (The dragon)

Right click on Title Bar and select Copy from the options

In ANIMATION SHOP

Right click the workspace and select
'Paste As New Animation' from the options.


Effects >> Insert Image Effect >> Rotate Colors


STEP 24

Back to PSP


Set up LAYER PALETTE as shown

Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options

STEP 25

In ANIMATION SHOP


Right click the workspace and select
'Paste As New Animation' from the options.

Depress your CTRL key and press the letter L (Upper Case)
9 times

You should have 10 frames
STEP 26

Activate the first animation (The Stream effect)

Edit >> Select All
Edit >> Copy
Edit >> Propagate Paste

Activate the third animation (the background)

Edit >> Select All
Edit >> Paste into selected frame

Zoom in on first frame (F:1)
and carefully place the shape as shown


STEP 27

Activate the second animation (the dragon)

Edit >> Select All
Edit >> Copy
Edit >> Propagate Paste

Activate the third animation (the background)

Edit >> Paste into selected frame

Zoom in on first frame (F:1)
and carefully place on top of the shape as shown
STEP 28

View >> Animation
and while it is still running,
File >> Save As

Locate the folder in which you wish to save it.

Name your animation.

With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT
until you get to the last one... click FINISH

Close the Animation
Close the frames.
Close Animation Shop
RESIZING ANIMATIONS

Click on the Title Bar of the frames

Animation >> Resize animation

Select width and height in pixels

Click OK

Save your animation
