Flood fill with WHITE
This is your "working" image
Rename this layer "bgd"

in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar
and select COPY from the options

and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER
from the options.
Close the pinkframe tube
Rename this layer "frame"
