Save to your WINDOWS >>> FONTS folder

Open up the 000004913582.jpg image in your PSP workspace
WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Close the original Image
LAYERS >>> Promote background layer

EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> ROTATING MIRROR

IMAGE >>> MIRROR

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

Drag the top layer to the left with your MOVER tool

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN

ADJUST >>> BRIGHTNESS and CONTRAST >>> CLARIFY
Strength of effect = 5

PSPX3: BRIGHTNESS and CONTRAST >>> LOCAL TONE
Mapping strength = 5

With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 16
Feather = 1
Antialias = Checked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9 - X3: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSP9 - X3: ANTIALIAS = Inside
PSPX - X3: There is no " Sample Merged"
PSPX - X3: Use all layers = UNChecked

and while depressing your SHIFT KEY...
Select the areas SHOWN BELOW

PSPX3: If you have problems selecting the areas adjust the "Tolerance"

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
COLOUR = #f8dce7

DESELECT

With your MAGIC WAND.... Same settings.
and while depressing your SHIFT KEY...

Select the area SHOWN BELOW

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
COLOUR = #f8dce7

DESELECT

Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol
and enter these coordinates.

SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
(This removes the excess you can't see)

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 98%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 98%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW

ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1

EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.
EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 180

ACTIVATE Copy (2) of Raster 1

EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.

WITH THE TOP LAYER ACTIVE

Open up the Tree_3 image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 25%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW

Reposition with your MOVER tool

Open up the LuvUscrap03~shel image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings

Reposition with your MOVER tool

ACTIVATE Copy (2) of Raster 1

With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 16
Feather = 0
Antialias = Checked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9 - X3: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX - X3: There is no " Sample Merged"
PSPX - X3: Use all layers = UNChecked
PSP9 - X3: ANTIALIAS = Inside
and while depressing your SHIFT KEY..

Select the area SHOWN BELOW

EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
COLOUR = #f0b0cb
TEXTURE = nonny-2010-texture-valentine-56

DESELECT

ACTIVATE THE TOP LAYER

Choose your SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Freehand
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Antialias = Checked

Open up the HeartsDoodles2-6-08~LM image in your PSP workspace
Select the heart shown with your Freehand tool

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

ADJUST >>> BRIGHTNESS and CONTRAST >>> BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings

Reposition with your MOVER tool

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

Reposition with your MOVER tool

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

IMAGE >>> MIRROR

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

Reposition with your MOVER tool

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

IMAGE >>> MIRROR

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

Reposition with your MOVER tool

Open up the sfcouple6 image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 40%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings

Reposition with your MOVER tool

Open up the Cardscan55mb_AS image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 60%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings

Reposition with your MOVER tool

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Select your TEXT tool

PSPX3 TIP:
Before clicking on the image hold down your shift key,
then, when you click on your image the text box will show up

Using the "Inspiration" font or one of your own choosing
and these settings ....
The colour I used was WHITE

... type ' Happy Valentine '
or a message of your choosing in the text box.

Position the text in the lower right part of the image

DESELECT

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)

IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = SYMMETRIC 1
COLOUR = #c0c0c0

Save as .gif image

NOTE: I saved as a .GIF image because of the shades of red in the image.
It ends up being clearer than saving as a .JPG image
