In your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load the '
212t ' pattern in your foreground
using the settings below.




VIEW >>> RULERS

Open a new image 600 x 480
Transparent background
PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel
PSPX3: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel

Flood fill with the pattern


ADJUST >>> HUE & SATURATION >>> COLORIZE



LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

Select your DEFORMATION tool
Mode = PERSPECTIVE
use default settings

PSPX-X3:Select your PICK tool

Depress your SHIFT key and drag the bottom right note UP
level with the 200 mark on your left ruler.
(You may have to repeat this to ensure it's level with the 200 pixel mark)



Change the MODE to SCALE (Default settings)

Drag the centre right node to the left level with the 290 mark on the top ruler.
Depress your SHIFT key and drag the bottom right node to the left
In line with the top right node.



Drag the centre right node to the left, level with the 290 mark on the top ruler.
(You may have to repeat this to ensure it's level with the 290 pixel mark)
Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow


Select the MOVER tool to disengage the DEFORMATION tool (PICK tool)

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

IMAGE >>> MIRROR

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN

Select your DEFORMATION tool
Mode = SCALE
use default settings

PSPX-X3:Select your PICK tool

Drag the centre right node to the left, level with the 300 mark on the top ruler.



Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow

Select the MOVER tool to disengage the DEFORMATION tool (PICK tool)

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

IMAGE >>> MIRROR

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN

EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> WAVE



EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW





Reposition with your MOVER tool



ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings


EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 90



ACTIVATE Copy (2) of Raster 1

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL



EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 50
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK



ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings

ACTIVATE THE TOP LAYER

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN



EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings


Open up the
Mutate_Me-ak image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

IMAGE >>> MIRROR

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE

In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L)

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 50
Blur = 0




Select your DEFORMATION tool
Mode = SCALE
use default settings

PSPX-X3:Select your PICK tool


Drag the centre bottom node down as shown below



Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

Select the MOVER tool to disengage the DEFORMATION tool (PICK tool)

Open up the
Sharon George Queen Jez image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings

EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 270

Reposition with your MOVER tool



Open up the
Irgamethystdrop2 image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 65%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 50
Blur = 0


Reposition with your MOVER tool



LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

IMAGE >>> MIRROR

ACTIVATE RASTER 1

EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> BLINDS



SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 6
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 50
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> BLINDS
same settings EXCEPT this time check HORIZONTAL

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL



LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)

Save as .jpg image
