Save to a folder on your computer

Save to your PSP Textures folder

In your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load BLUE ' #415bba ' in your foreground
Load RED ' #f20106 ' in your background

Open a new image 600 x 480
Transparent background
PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel
PSPX3: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel

Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol
and enter these coordinates.



Flood fill with RED

SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

Flood fill with BLUE

DESELECT

EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE



LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

IMAGE >>> MIRROR

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW



EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135



LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE

In your MATERIALS PALETTE load
ita_gradient049 GRADIENT in the foreground and
use these settings



SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
EDIT >>> CLEAR

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Flood fill with GRADIENT

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL



EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 70
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings

EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 315

DESELECT

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE



Open up the StarsNStripesSheet-TYA image in your PSP workspace
(The vertical star banner is already selected for you)

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

PSP8 - PSP9:IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED

PSPX - PSPX3: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED

EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> KALEIDOSCOPE



ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings



ACTIVATE THE MERGED LAYER

Open up the F625 image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

Reposition with your MOVER tool



EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings

ACTIVATE RASTER 1

Open up the ME~LibertySm_KK image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings

Reposition with your MOVER tool




...If you don't wish to animate the tag...

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)

Save as .jpg image


....If you DO wish to include the animation....

ACTIVATE RASTER 2

Right click on Title Bar and select Copy from the options

In ANIMATION SHOP
Right click the workspace and select
'Paste As New Animation' from the options.

Right click top of frame image and select
'Paste After Current Frame' from the options.

Click inside frame 1 (F:1) to activate



EFFECTS >>> Insert Image Transition >>> ZOOM

Enter these settings first



Then click on the CUSTOMIZE button.... enter these settings and click OK



Click OK

BACK TO PSP

Close Raster 2
Activate the MERGED layer

Right click on Title Bar and select Copy merged from the options

In ANIMATION SHOP
Right click the workspace and select
'Paste As New Animation' from the options.

Right click top of frame image and select
'Paste After Current Frame' from the options.

Hold down your CTRL key and press the letter L (Upper case) 9 times.

You should have 11 frames

Click on the Title Bar of the 'Banner' frames (Animation1*) to activate

Edit >> Select All
Edit >> Copy
Edit >> Propagate Paste

Click on the Title Bar of the 'Tag' frames (Animation2*) to activate

Edit >> Select All

ZOOM IN to the first frame (F:1)

Edit >> Paste into selected frame

Carefully place the banner top centre of your tag and release mouse button.



Animation >> Reverse frames

Click inside Frame 11 (F:11) to activate

Right click on Title Bar of frames
Select 'Frame Properties' from the options
Display time = 100

View >> Animation
and while it is still running,
File >> Save As

Locate the folder in which you wish to save it.

Name your animation.

With the Gif Optimiser keep pressing NEXT
until you get to the last one... click FINISH

Close the Animation
Close the frames.
Close Animation Shop
