Save to your PSP Patterns folder

Open up the downloaded images in your PSP workspace
and minimize.
In your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load the ' JF_P1192 ' pattern in your foreground
With the next pattern ' JF_P60 ' I didn't say to save it to your PSP Patterns folder
because I wanted to show that you don't have to do this
to use the pattern.
Opening it up in your PSP Workspace
makes it available in your Patterns Materials Pallette
and will show up at the top of the list.

Load the ' JF_P60 ' pattern in your background
(this background pattern should be at the top of the window)
using the settings below.
.
Load PINK ' #f7dbe7 ' in your background
Open a new image 500 x 600
Transparent background
PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel
PSPX3: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel
Flood fill with PINK
SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 20
EDIT >>> CLEAR
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
Flood fill with the backgound pattern
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 25
EDIT >>> CLEAR
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with PINK
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings
With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9 - X3: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX - X3: There is no " Sample Merged"
PSPX - X3: Use all layers = UNChecked
Select the CENTRE transparent area
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
Flood fill with foreground pattern
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 15
EDIT >>> CLEAR
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
Flood fill with PINK
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 15
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL

PSP8 & PSP9 USERS
I couldn't get the next 4 WARP effects to work in these versions
so please follow these instructions.
ACTIVATE RASTER 1
Open up the warp.pspimage image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
Then continue where indicated below...
for ALL users

PSPX TO PSPX3 USERS
ACTIVATE RASTER 4
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> BRING TO TOP
EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> WARP
EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> WARP
EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> WARP
EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> WARP
Then continue as indicated below

ALL USERS CONTINUE FROM HERE
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings BUT.. change ELEVATION to 48
ACTIVATE RASTER 1
With your MAGIC WAND.... Same settings.
Select the CENTRE transparent area
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 135
DESELECT
ACTIVATE RASTER 5
SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> FLOAT
SELECTIONS >>> DEFLOAT
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings
EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 315
DESELECT
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
Save as .psp image
Open up the JF_fasteners image in your PSP workspace
Activate the MERGED 1 layer
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
ADJUST >>> HUE & SATURATION >>> COLORIZE
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 55%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
Reposition with your MOVER tool
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> FLIP
IMAGE >>> MIRROR
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
PSP8 - PSP9: IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED
PSPX - PSPX3: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED
Reposition with your MOVER tool
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> FLIP
IMAGE >>> MIRROR
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
Save as .psp image
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
Flood fill with PINK
Open up the DaisyWeb_SunlitShores image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
Reposition with your MOVER tool
Open up the JB_sailboat image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 55%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
Open up the SEAGULLS 3895 PJW image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
Reposition with your MOVER tool
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)
Save as .jpg image
