Save to a folder on your computer

Save to your PSP Textures folder

Save to your WINDOWS >>> FONTS folder

Open a new image 600 x 480
Transparent background
PSPX - X2: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel
PSPX3: Colour Depth RGB = 8bits/channel
Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION
symbol
and enter these coordinates.
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Flood fill with BLUE #7388c4
EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> WEAVE
COLOUR = #3b4871
DESELECT
With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9 - X3: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX - X3: There is no " Sample Merged"
PSPX - X3: Use all layers = UNChecked
and while depressing your SHIFT KEY...
select the WHITE areas
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
DESELECT
SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 8
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
DESELECT
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 96%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
CLOSE RASTER 1
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 87%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
OPEN & ACTIVATE RASTER 1
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = DARK BLUE #3b4871
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
ACTIVATE Copy of Merged layer
EFFECTS >>> ARTISTIC EFFECTS >>> CHROME
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE
ACTIVATE THE MERGED LAYER
EFFECTS >>> ARTISTIC EFFECTS >>> CHROME
Same settings
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE
ACTIVATE RASTER 1
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
Flood fill with LIGHT BLUE #98aef6
Open up the icecicles02 image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = DARK BLUE #3b4871
Opacity = 50
Blur = 0
Reposition with your MOVER tool
ACTIVATE Copy of Merged layer
Open up the CRainbowCoffi image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
ADJUST >>> HUE & SATURATION >>> COLORIZE
Reposition with your MOVER tool
Open up the ME~JACKFROST_KKSM image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
Reposition with your MOVER tool
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> PERSPECTIVE SHADOW
ACTIVATE RASTER 4
EDIT >>> Repeat Perspective Shadow.
ACTIVATE RASTER 2 (Bottom layer)
Open up the WinterSunset_09DJP image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
Open up the snowbemine image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 25%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings
Reposition with your MOVER tool
Open up the CherSwitz~SantasWorkshop image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 25%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
Reposition with your MOVER tool
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
In your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load BLUE" #7388c4" in your foreground
Load LIGHT BLUE " #98aef6" in your background
Select your TEXT tool
PSPX3 TIP: PSPX3 has a very different way of adding text
However if you hold down the shift key when
clicking on the A (Text Tool) the box will show up as other versions
otherwise type the text and then click on the apply changes
(green button in the tools options next to presets)
Type the word MERRY in the text box
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 75
Blur = 0
Position to the top left of your tag as shown below
DESELECT
Now, using your TEXT tool again... same settings..
Type the word CHRISTMAS in the text box
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 75
Blur = 0
Position to the bottom of your tag as shown below
DESELECT
PSPX3 merge text layers if you have them on seperate layers
EFFECTS >>> ARTISTIC EFFECTS >>> HALFTONE
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)
Save as .jpg image
