Save to a folder on your computer
Plugins

Open up the downloaded images in your PSP workspace
and minimize.
Open up the kTs_Jhu152 copie image in your PSP workspace
WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Close the original Image
IMAGE >>> RESIZE
Select your DEFORMATION tool
Mode = SCALE
use default settings
PSPX/XI/XII:Select your PICK tool
Drag the centre right node to the left in line with the 300 pixel mark on the top ruler.
Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow
Click on your MOVER tool to clear the nodes.
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
ACTIVATE THE BOTTOM LAYER
ADJUST >>> COLOUR BALANCE >>> NEGATIVE IMAGE
ACTIVATE THE TOP LAYER
In your LAYER PALETTE
Change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (NOT Luminance (L))
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
This is the COLOUR PALETTE we will be using.
A copy is in the Materials ZIP
and should now be in your PSP workspace.
MAROON #4e123a / BLUE #3d2ec1 / AQUA #21cac3
Leave maximized so you can use the 'eyedropper'
to change the colours as we use them.
Open a new image 600 x 600
Transparent background
PSPX: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel
Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
Reposition with your MOVER tool
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> MIRROR
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION
symbol
and enter these coordinates.
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with MAROON
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5
Flood fill with BLUE
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5
Flood fill with AQUA
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5
Flood fill with MAROON
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5
EDIT >>> CLEAR
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM
Flood fill with BLUE
EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> WEAVE
COLOUR = #808080
(EXAMPLE BELOW AT 100%)
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 15
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
EDIT >>> Repeat Inner Bevel
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 70
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
CLOSE the MERGED layer
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
Rename this layer MERGED 2
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
OPEN & ACTIVATE the MERGED layer
Select your DEFORMATION tool
Mode = SCALE
use default settings
PSPX/XI/XII:Select your PICK tool
Drag the CENTRE TOP / CENTRE BOTTOM and CENTRE SIDE nodes
to the edges of your frame image
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
ACTIVATE the "Copy of Merged 2 " layer
With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9/X: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX: There is no " Sample Merged"
PSPX: Use all layers = UNChecked
Select the CENTRE transparent area
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 3
ACTIVATE the MERGED layer
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings
ACTIVATE the "Copy of Merged 2 " layer
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Flood fill with MAROON
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = WHITE
Opacity = 70
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
Flood fill with BLUE
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = WHITE
Opacity = 70
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
Flood fill with MAROON
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = WHITE
Opacity = 70
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
EDIT >>> CLEAR
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
DO NOT DESELECT
CLOSE this layer
ACTIVATE one of the other layers
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
OPEN AND ACTIVATE the top layer
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings EXCEPT... CHANGE the DISTANCE to = 9
DESELECT
Save as .psp image
Open up the Tranquility.jpg image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM
ACTIVATE the MERGED layer
Open up the lady_jazzl_11 image in your PSP workspace
WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Close the original Image
With your MAGIC WAND
using these settings
Select the area of the dress shown below.
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> SELECT COLOUR RANGE
COLOUR = #bbb6ba
CLICK "OK"
Select your CHANGE TO TARGET Brush Tool
Use these settings
In your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load MAUVE " #967ecc" in your foreground,
'Paint' the highlighted areas of the dress.
DESELECT
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> MIRROR
Reposition with your MOVER tool
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> PERSPECTIVE SHADOW
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)
Save as .jpg image
(I resized mine to 500 x 500 pixels for the result at the top of this page)
