In your MATERIALS PALETTE load
Solid PEACH #ffe79c in the foreground and
JFPat117 pattern in the background using these settings



Open a new image 400 x 500
Transparent background
PSPX: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel

Flood fill with the pattern

Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol
and enter these coordinates.



IMAGE >>> CROP TO SELECTION

Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol
and enter these coordinates.



EDIT >>> CLEAR
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 75
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL



DESELECT



With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9/X: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX: There is no " Sample Merged"

PSPX: Use all layers = UNChecked


Select the CENTRE transparent area

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Flood fill with Solid PEACH #ffe79c

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 75
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK



With your MAGIC WAND .. same settings

Select the CENTRE transparent area

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

In your MATERIALS PALETTE change the SCALE on the pattern to 15

Flood fill with
the pattern.

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 25
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 75
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK



ACTIVATE RASTER 2

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 76%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

With your MAGIC WAND .. same settings

Select the OUTER transparent area



LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM

Flood fill with GREY
#c0c0c0

EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TILES



DESELECT

ACTIVATE RASTER 3


With your MAGIC WAND .. same settings

Select the CENTRE transparent area

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 3

ACTIVATE RASTER 4
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT



ACTIVATE RASTER 3

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Choose your SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = CIRCLE
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Antialias = Checked

Starting at 197 pixels across and 241 pixels down
drag your cursor down and to the right until it almost touches
the edge of the inner frame.



Flood fill with
Solid PEACH #ffe79c

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT

With your MAGIC WAND .. same settings

Select the transparent area outside the circle



LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 3

In your MATERIALS PALETTE change the SCALE on the pattern to 10

Flood fill with
the pattern.

DESELECT

Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol
and enter these coordinates.



SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

ACTIVATE the lower "Copy of Raster 2" RASTER layer



EDIT >>> CLEAR

ACTIVATE "Copy (2) of Raster 2"

Save as .psp image

Open up the
side by side tt.psp image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)

IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 2
COLOUR = GREY
#c0c0c0

Save as .jpg image
