This was created using PSP9 but can be adapted for other versions of PSP.

Open a new image 450 x 650
Transparent background
PSPX: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel

Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol




Choose your SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Circle
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Antialias = Checked

Depress your SHIFT KEY and position your cursor 225 pixels across and 200 pixels down



Draw a circle as shown below

and release the mouse button

Flood fill with a colour of your choice... I'm using " #ff4040 "

Choose your SELECTION TOOL ... same settings

Position your cursor at 225 pixels across and 80 pixels down and draw a small circle



EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL




Easy peasy!!!!!! *S*

Save as .psp image
