DIGITAL SCRAPPING RECOMMENDATIONS

IF YOU HAVE NEVER TACKLED SCRAPPING BEFORE and...

If you are going to make lots of Digital Scrap Tags or Album Pages
then I suggest you organise yourself before you start.

Remember these are only 'recommendations'
you can organise your Scrap Stuff in a way that might be easier for you.

STEP 1:	Create a MAIN folder just for your Scrap Elements/Papers etc. Name it something like SCRAPS or SCRAP SUPPLIES.
	If you are going to create TAG SCRAPS and pages for ALBUMS then I suggest when you are downloading elements or papers from the internet that you have separate folders for TAG elements/papers etc... and separate folders for FULL PAGE elements/papers etc... Since the sizes vary considerably for all materials.
STEP 2:	Within your main SCRAPS folder create sub folders before you acquire/create elements/papers etc OR as you acquire/create them.... see example below for backgrounds
STEP 3:	Within your SCRAPS folder do the same for other folders and sub- folders you will most likely need..... for example... some of the sub folders I use are shown below.

STEP 4:	In the sub folder "a jamie" folder I have more sub folders for scrap supplies I create myself .
SCRAPS >>> a jamie >>>
	You can add folders and sub folder as needed BUT it is a good idea to keep all your SCRAP materials together in the one main folder.
