Load the ' gp54s.jpg ' pattern in your background
using the settings below.
Load YELLOW ' #f9df7c ' in your foreground
Load VIOLET ' #989dca ' in your background
..
Open a new image 500 x 500
Transparent background
PSPX: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel
Flood fill with the ' gp54s.jpg ' pattern
Choose your SELECTION TOOL
Starting at 250 across, 250 down draw an ellipse to
470 across, 420 down
EDIT >>> CLEAR
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> TWIRL
REPEAT the TWIRL effect 2 more times
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
Flood fill with the ' gp54s.jpg ' pattern
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> CUTOUT
DESELECT
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 18
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Flood fill with VIOLET ' #989dca '
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 70
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 6
Flood fill with YELLOW ' #f9df7c '
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Use the same settings
Click OK
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK
DESELECT
EFFECTS>>> GEOMETRIC EFFECTS >>> CIRCLE
EDGE MODE = WRAP
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9/X: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX: There is no " Sample Merged"
PSPX: Use all layers = UNChecked
Select the OUTER transparent area
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with VIOLET ' #989dca '
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 70
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 6
Flood fill with YELLOW ' #f9df7c '

Use the same settings
Click OK
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing

Open the " aureliadesigns_soalee_006.psp " tube in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Go to your frame image
Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
Same settings
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)
