Save to your PSP Patterns folder
keyhole.psp
ElegantCreamRose_mc.psp
whispersoinocence.jpg
Save to a folder on your computer
linenPOP.bmp
Save to your PSP Textures folder

REMEMBER TO SAVE YOUR WORK OFTEN

In your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load the ' 893.jpg ' pattern in your foreground
Load the SOLID GREY " #bbb4a8 " in your background
..
Open a new image 640 x 480
Transparent background
PSPX: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel
Open the " keyhole.psp " tube
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Go to your new image ...
Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
CLOSE RASTER 1
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9/X: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX: There is no " Sample Merged"
PSPX: Use all layers = UNChecked
Click inside the transparent centre of the 'keyhole' shape
Depress your SHIFT KEY and click outside the 'keyhole' shape
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 2
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with the PATTERN
EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
DESELECT
With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings
Select the OUTER transparent area
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 2
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Repeat DROP SHADOW ... changing direction to 135
DESELECT
ACTIVATE the MERGED layer
With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings
Select the OUTER transparent area
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 2
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
EDIT >>> Repeat >> LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN

DESELECT
Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION

"Resize all layers" CHECKED

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 15
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Flood fill with SOLID GREY " #bbb4a8 "

Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 60
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Use the same settings
Click OK
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Use the same settings
Click OK
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
DESELECT
Repeat Inner Bevel
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Select your DEFORMATION tool
Drag the top centre node down
so that the dark shadow under the
top of the inner frame is no longer showing.
Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE
ACTIVATE RASTER 2
With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings
Select the CENTRE transparent area
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 3
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings
DESELECT
Save as .psp image
OPEN & ACTIVATE RASTER 1
Choose your SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Rectangle
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNChecked
and
draw a rectangle as shown below...
doesn't have to be exactly as shown as long as it is close.
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN (Twice)
Open up your " whispersoinocence.jpg " image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Go to your frame image ...
Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options.
DESELECT
EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
ACTIVATE THE TOP LAYER
Open up your " ElegantCreamRose_mc.psp " image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Go to your frame image ...
Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 35%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
IMAGE >>> MIRROR
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
Reposition with your MOVER TOOL
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
ACTIVATE RASTER 5
REPEAT DROP SHADOW
ACTIVATE COPY OF RASTER 5
REPEAT DROP SHADOW
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)
Save as .jpg image
