This was created using PSP9 but can be adapted for other versions of PSP.

You will need the following to complete this tutorial

Materials

LEFT CLICK >>> SAVE

Snail'sJourney.jpg
046.psp
Save to a folder on your computer

esp_gold_glitter.jpg
Save to your PSP Textures folder

Plugins

Open up the Snail'sJourney.jpg image in your PSP workspace
WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Close the original Image

LAYERS >>> Promote background layer

ADJUST >>> HUE & SATURATION >>> COLORIZE



IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED



EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE MORE

EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
COLOUR = " #8db1c8 "



EDIT >>> Repeat Texture



EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> CHISEL
COLOUR = " #6ca6d7 "





With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 4
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9/X: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX: There is no " Sample Merged"
PSPX: Use all layers = UNChecked

Also use your SHIFT KEY and
Select the top and bottom sections as shown below



EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 2
Colour = WHITE
Opacity = 60
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 2
Click OK

DESELECT

With your MAGIC WAND and your SHIFT KEY
Select the 2 side sections

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 2
Click OK
DESELECT



Select the top and bottom sections with your MAGIC WAND and your SHIFT KEY


EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> BLINDS
COLOUR = " #333e55 "



EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW



Repeat Drop Shadow BUT change DIRECTION to 270

DESELECT



With your MAGIC WAND ... Same settings .. and use your SHIFT KEY
to select the two side sections

EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> BLINDS
UNCHECK "HORIZONTAL"

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW



Repeat Drop Shadow BUT change DIRECTION to 0



Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol



SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> GLASS



ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE
DESELECT




Open up the 046.psp image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED

IMAGE >>> MIRROR

Reposition with your MOVER tool



ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
COLOUR = " #ffedcf "



EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW




EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> PERSPECTIVE SHADOW



LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)
IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 2 (Symmetric)
COLOUR = " #4a5c80 "

Save as .jpg image
