Save to a folder on your computer

Open all your images in PSP and minimize.
In your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load SOLID WHITE ' #ffffff ' in your foreground
Load SOLID LIGHT GREEN ' #aae2ac ' in your background
Open a new image 550 x 450
Transparent background
PSPX: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel
Flood fill with WHITE
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with LIGHT GREEN
ADJUST >>> ADD/REMOVE NOISE >>> ADD NOISE
EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE
EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> MOSAIC ANTIQUE
SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 20
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> FEATHER
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
EDIT >>> CLEAR
Repeat .... EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
ADJUST >>> HUE & SATURATION >>> COLORIZE
In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY to 56%
Change the BLEND MODE to DISSOLVE
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
In your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load the ' JF9dot.jpg ' pattern in your foreground
using the settings below.
 . 
Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION
symbol
Flood fill with the ' JF9dot.jpg ' pattern
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Flood fill with LIGHT GREEN
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
DESELECT
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY to 54%
Change the BLEND MODE to MULTIPLY
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
EFFECTS>>> GEOMETRIC EFFECTS >>> SKEW
COLOUR = " #74a675 "
With your MAGIC WAND ...
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9/X: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX: There is no " Sample Merged"
PSPX: Use all layers = UNChecked
... and using your SHIFT KEY..
select the top left and bottom right 'triangles'
EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> SCULPTURE
COLOUR = ' #aae2ac '
EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE MORE
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 60
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
Open up the Back1.jpg image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
Select your DEFORMATION tool
PSPX/XI/XII:Select your PICK tool
Drag the centre side nodes inwards so they are level with the
top ruler marks shown below
Click the RESET RECTANGLE arrow
EFFECTS >>> ARTISTIC EFFECTS >>> CONTOURS
COLOUR = #c00000
Open up the JF_bubblesNsquares.psp image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 60
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE
In your LAYER PALETTE change the BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L)
Reposition with your MOVER tool
Open up the JF_FlyingBoxes.psp image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> FLIP
Reposition with your MOVER tool
In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY to 95%
Change the BLEND MODE to MULTIPLY
Open up the Mtm_Lady_ 53-Siren s Warning-4 aug 2005-small tube.psp image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Reposition with your MOVER tool
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> PERSPECTIVE SHADOW
ACTIVATE " Copy of Raster 3 "
With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings.. and while depressing your SHIFT KEY...
Select the white areas shown
ACTIVATE RASTER 1
EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
COLOUR = "
#74a675 "
EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE
DESELECT
To finish off... I forgot a couple of instructions... *S*
ACTIVATE
RASTER 6 (The flying boxes)
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
ACTIVATE
RASTER 4
(The 'Back1 image to which we added red contours)
Use your MOVER TOOL to move it up slightly, then....
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 60
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
Save as .psp image
Now you can add text of your choice...
OR
some word art, as I did.
