JF_Shape170.psp

Mtm_bomen 20_ 2 Aug 2007.psp
Save to a folder on your computer
L&K57.bmp
Save to your PSP Textures folder
Plugins

Open a new image 550 x 500
Transparent background
PSPX: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel
Open up the JF_Shape170.psp image in your PSP workspace
ACTIVATE RASTER 1
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 60
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
Go back to the JF_Shape170.psp image
ACTIVATE RASTER 2
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
LAYERS >>>ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
CLOSE the JF_Shape170.psp image
With RASTER 3 of your tag image activated
With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9/X: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX: There is no " Sample Merged"
PSPX: Use all layers = UNChecked
Select the OUTER transparent area
ACTIVATE RASTER 1
Flood fill with SOLID GREEN " #004000 "
EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
ACTIVATE RASTER 3
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
DESELECT
ACTIVATE RASTER 2
Open up the HJR_Giraffe_29Jun2007.psp image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Reposition with your MOVER tool
ACTIVATE RASTER 2
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 125%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> BRING TO TOP
ACTIVATE RASTER 5
SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>>FLOAT
ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 2
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
With RASTER 5 activated
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> BRING TO TOP
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> PERSPECTIVE SHADOW

ACTIVATE RASTER 3
Open up the GiraffeHead1_cc_04.tub image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Reposition with your MOVER tool
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> PERSPECTIVE SHADOW
Same settings
Open up the Mtm_bomen 20_ 2 Aug 2007.psp image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
EDIT >>> REPEAT Inner Bevel
Reposition with your MOVER tool
ACTIVATE RASTER 5
In your MATERIALS PALETTE load
SOLID ORANGE " #f49420 "in the foreground and
SOLID DARK ORANGE " #953108 "in the background
THEN
Select the GRADIENT symbol in the foreground
 .. 
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Flood fill with the GRADIENT
ADJUST >>> SHARPEN>>> SHARPEN MORE
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 1
EDIT >>> CLEAR
Flood fill with SOLID GREEN " #004000 "
DESELECT
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 60
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 95%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Close "Copy of Raster 8 "
Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Point to Point
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Antialias = Checked
Draw a section around the giraffe ear as shown below
Open "Copy of Raster 8 "
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
 >>> 
Still on "Copy of Raster 8 " layer
Zoom in on the giraffe's lower neck
With
your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL
Same settings
Section off the area shown below
Still on "Copy of Raster 8 " layer
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)
Save as .jpg image
(If you wish to add text using the same font as I did...
you can download the font HERE.
RIGHT CLICK >>> SAVE TARGET AS
and save to your WINDOWS >>> FONTS folder)
