You will need the
following to complete this tutorial

JF_TEMPLATE_64.psp
JF_Flora10.psp
JF_Flora11.psp
Jem_flora16.psp
believe.psp
Save to a folder on your computer
L&k53.bmp
Save to your PSP Textures folder
Plugins

Open all your images in PSP and minimize
Open a new image 600 x 450
Transparent background
PSPX: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel
Flood fill with BLUE " #8eb4ff "
EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
COLOUR = " #d0dbfa "
Open up the JF_Flora10.psp image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Reposition with your MOVER tool
EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE MORE
In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY to 46%
Change the BLEND MODE to DISSOLVE
Open up the JF_TEMPLATE_64.psp image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
Reposition with your MOVER tool
EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE MORE
In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY to 78%
Change the BLEND MODE to DIFFERENCE
Open up the JF_Flora10.psp image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
IMAGE >>> FLIP
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Reposition with your MOVER tool
Open up the JF_Flora16.psp image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
Reposition with your MOVER tool
Open up the JF_Flora11.psp image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings
Reposition with your MOVER tool
Open up the believe.psp image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Reposition with your MOVER tool
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)
Save as .jpg image
