Save to a folder on your computer
Plugins

Open all your images in PSP and minimize
Open a new image 640 x 480
Transparent background
PSPX: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel
SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Maximise the BestWallpapers20.jpg image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options.
DESELECT
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED

With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 55
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9/X: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX: There is no " Sample Merged"
PSPX: Use all layers = UNChecked
...and your SHIFT key....
Select the area shown below.
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL

DESELECT
With your MAGIC WAND ......and your SHIFT key... same settngs
Select the yellow areas shown below.

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL

DESELECT
With your MAGIC WAND ......and your SHIFT key...
Select the red area shown below.

EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> POLAR COORDINATES

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> PERSPECTIVE SHADOW

DESELECT

With your MAGIC WAND ......and your SHIFT key... same settngs
Select the OUTER TRANSPARENT area shown below including the shadow..

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
Flood fill with RED " #e21a00 "
EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> BLINDS
COLOUR = BLACK

REPEAT BLINDS EFFECT
UNCHECK "HORIZONTAL"
EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE MORE
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
CLOSE RASTER 1
Flood fill with RED " #e21a00 "
DESELECT

OPEN & ACTIVATE RASTER 1
Change the BLEND MODE to MULTIPLY on Raster 1
Open up the Marif_2006_septembre_mis_.pspimage image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> MIRROR
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Reposition with your MOVER tool

Open up the border_n.psp image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
SELECTIONs >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> FLOAT
SELECTIONS >>> DEFLOAT
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 1
EDIT >>> CLEAR
Flood fill with RED " #e21a00 "
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 60
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
Reposition using your MOVER TOOL

With your MAGIC WAND ...... same settngs
Select the area shown below .

Open up the cardboard2P51.jpg image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options.
IMAGE >>> MIRROR

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Open up the katussia_h0653 copie.psp image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options.
DESELECT
In your LAYER PALETTE Activate Raster 5
...change BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE (L)

Open up the JF_Eth55.psp image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Reposition with your MOVER tool

Open up the JF_Eth55.psp image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 80%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Reposition with your MOVER tool

The eyes are a bit lifeless... so we'll fix them
In your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load BROWN " #985d32" in your foreground
Select your PAINT BRUSH tool
Preset = + round 05

ACTIVATE RASTER 6
Paint in the brown as shown

ACTIVATE RASTER 7
Paint in the brown as shown

ACTIVATE RASTER 4
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
Repeat SHARPEN
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW


ACTIVATE RASTER 2
With your MAGIC WAND ... TOLERANCE = 0
Select the CENTRE of the image

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 60
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
DESELECT
ACTIVATE RASTER 6
In your LAYER PALETTE change BLEND MODE to LUMINANCE

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 5
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Flood fill with RED " #e21a00 "
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 60
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)
Save as .jpg image
