Save to your PSP Shapes folder

Save to your PSP Patterns folder


" 0622neg.psp "
" KaraT2822.psp "
" jdl_lady_blackboa-small.psp "

Save to a folder on your computer

In your MATERIALS PALETTE load
" goldfill1 " in the foreground and
" JaidedWavyBlackStripes " in the background using these settings


..

Open a new image 400 x 500
Transparent background

Change your background to solid BLACK



Select your PRESET SHAPE tool , locate the "Top Hat" shape and
use these settings.



Place your cursor at 30 pixels down and 100 pixels from the left,
drag your cursor to 470 pixels down and 300 pixels from the left.



With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = Checked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9 USERS: CHECK CONTIGUOUS

Select the inner TOP section of the hat
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4
EDIT >>> CLEAR



SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 3
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN

Flood fill with " goldfill "

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 7
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 55
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE



With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings

Select the OUTER transparent area
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN

Flood fill with " JaidedWavyBlackStripes "
DESELECT

Choose your SELECTION TOOL then click on the CUSTOM SELECTION symbol



SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL





With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings

Select the OUTER transparent area
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 23

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Flood fill with " JaidedWavyBlackStripes "

IMAGE >>> FLIP

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings
EDIT >>> Repeat Inner Bevel

Activate Raster 1

Select the OUTER transparent area

Flood fill with " goldfill "

SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 3
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 80
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

Activate the Merged layer

With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings

Select the OUTER transparent area
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT



SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 2
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW



Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing DIRECTION to 137
DESELECT

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE

With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings

Select the OUTER transparent area




SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 2
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN

Flood fill with BLACK

DESELECT
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE



SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 2
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

Flood fill with " goldfill "

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 80
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DESELECT



LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Open up the " 0622neg.psp " tube

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Go to your frame image
Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options.

Position in the top left corner



Select your AIRBRUSH tool



Airbrush the corner with " goldfill "
DESELECT

LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

Close the MERGED layer

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

OPEN the lower MERGED layer




EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> SIMPLE >>> TOP LEFT MIRROR

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE




LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE


Save as .psp image


LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN

Flood fill with WHITE


Open the " KaraT2822.psp " tube

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Go to your frame image
Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> MIRROR

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 65%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED

Reposition with your MOVER tool slightly to the left



ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE

Open the " jdl_lady_blackboa-small.psp " tube

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Go to your frame image
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options.

IMAGE >>> MIRROR

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

Position as shown
DESELECT



EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> PERSPECTIVE SHADOW



LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)

Save as .jpg image
