REMEMBER TO SAVE OFTEN

ADDING IMAGE TO LOCKET BASE

Highlight the MERGED layer
with your MAGIC WAND... Check ANTIALIAS (Inside)
Select the interior of the RIGHT (lower) circle..
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10


Open the " ©crystal_CH2256" tube...

Choose your SELECTION TOOL



and select the area surrounding the little girl's head.
(start just above her left brow)




Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Go to your frame image
Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options.
IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 45
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED
DESELECT

This part in RED is OPTIONAL
Highlight the MERGED layer
with your MAGIC WAND... FEATHER = 0, Check ANTIALIAS (Inside)
Select the interior of the RIGHT (lower) circle..
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 12

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
DIRECTION = 321
DESELECT





ADDING CUTOUT TO LOCKET LID

Highlight the MERGED layer
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Open the " CutoutButterJaz" tube...
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Go to your frame image ... Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options.
Position the Butterfly in the centre of the upper circle...

IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 45
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED

DESELECT
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE



DRESSING UP THE IMAGE

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

Open and activate Raster 1
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED

Reposition the locket as shown below.



Highlight the MERGED layer
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Open the " jcc-WhitePointsiettas-11-05" tube...
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Go to your frame image ... Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 70%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
same settings

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL



EDIT >>> Repeat Inner Bevel
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
DESELECT
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN

Reposition as shown below





BORDER FRAME

Activate Raster 1
With your MAGIC WAND ... Select the OUTER transparent area
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
Locate the "natfl355" texture



ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Flood fill with RED
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3

Flood fill with ' CreamSatinRuffle-Diz' Gradient
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL



EDIT >>> Repeat Inner Bevel

EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> BLINDS



Repeat Inner Bevel

ADJUST >>> Brightness & Contrast >>> Gamma Correction

..

EFFECTS >>> REFLECTION EFFECTS >>> KALEIDOSCOPE






DESELECT

With your MAGIC WAND and using your Shift Key select the transparent areas
Flood fill with GREEN

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
same settings.
EDIT >>> Repeat Inner Bevel



DESELECT

Still on Raster 1 ....
With your MAGIC WAND ... Select the OUTER RED border.
(Click on the narrow red border.. it will select the area shown below)



Highlight the MERGED layer
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN (Twice)

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
same settings
DESELECT


Highlight the MERGED layer ... Lower the OPACITY to 60%



Choose your SELECTION TOOL

and select the white petal area as shown



Make sure you are still on the MERGED layer
EDIT >>> CLEAR
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
same settings
DESELECT
Change the OPACITY to 100%

LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)



Save as a .jpg file
