This is how your frame should look now.





Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on Raster1 to open and activate




From here on you can follow my instructions
and use the tubes provided
OR
use your own image and /or tubes.


Flood fill Raster 1 with the SOLID GREY

Go to EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> BLINDS
Use these settings
COLOUR = ( #9569A4 )



Click OK

Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Open up the 'EDaisy' tube provided

Right click on the Title Bar
and select COPY from the options

Go to your frame image
Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options.

Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50%



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Use same settings

Go to EDIT >>> Repeat Inner Bevel

Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW



Click OK

DESELECT




Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on the MERGED layer to activate



Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Open up the 'EBunny' tube provided

Right click on the Title Bar
and select COPY from the options

Go to your frame image
Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options.

Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75%
Other settings remain the same

Slide the Bunny to the bottom right of your frame
with your MOVER TOOL




Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings

Go to EDIT >>> Repeat Inner Bevel


Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings

Click OK

DESELECT

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on the MERGED layer to activate.

With your MAGIC WAND
Click in the centre of your image
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW

Use the same settings
Click OK

DESELECT

Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)

OK.. NOW, when this tut was being tested it was discovered that
if you saved your image as a
.jpg at this point it could change the
"Blinds" background to green!!

So I played around to find out why and came up with the solution.

When you Go to FTLE >>> SAVE AS
locate the folder where you wish to save your image
Click on the OPTIONS button (bottom right)
and this 'Save Options" panel will open
Click on the 'arrow' as indicated below.




Select the FIRST 'Chroma subsampling' option..
(YCbCr 1x1 1x1 1x1 [None])
Scroll 'UP' to locate it



Set the "Compression factor" to 15
Click OK
Save your image as a .JPG image

And that's all folks *S*
