Download and extract to your PSP Plugins Folder.

On your MATERIALS PALETTE
Click on Pattern symbol .... Load the "PattX1" in your foreground
SCALE = 100
ANGLE = 0

Load Solid GREEN ( #008000 ) in your background


Open a new image 375 x 425 ... Transparent background

Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Flood fill with the pattern

Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 60
Go to EDIT CLEAR
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE

Go to ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN


Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 50
Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Close Raster 2

Still on "Copy of Raster2" ... Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT CLEAR
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL



With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9 USERS: CHECK CONTIGUOUS

Select the OUTER transparent are of your image
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with the Solid Green

DESELECT

Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 35
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT CLEAR
Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT NONE

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings EXCEPT change the colour to GREEN #00C000



With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

Select the OUTER transparent are of your image

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on Raster 2 to open and activate

Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT CLEAR
DESELECT

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
CLOSE Raster 2 and the 2nd "Copy of Raster 2" and Raster 3
The bottom "Copy of Raster 2" should be highlighted




Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 15
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT CLEAR
DESELECT

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings EXCEPT change the colour to WHITE

With your MAGIC WAND
Select the OUTER transparent are of your image




Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Flood fill with RED #FF0808


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings EXCEPT change the colour to RED ( #BD0D0D )
DESELECT

Go to your LAYER PALETTE

Close Rasters 1 & 2 as shown below and
click on the top "Copy of Raster 2" to activate



Go to IMAGE >>> MIRROR




Go to your LAYER PALETTE and open and close layers as indicated below
Highlight Raster 4



Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE

Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> VM DISTORTION >>> FLIP CHOP




Open all layers except Rasters 1 & 2
Highlight Raster 3 to activate



Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT CLEAR

Flood fill with GREEN

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings EXCEPT change the colour to GREEN #00C000

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 65
Blur = 3.96

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

TOP




BOTTOM



Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER


Open up the "MEChristmasDivider-ame.psp" tube

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Go to your frame image ... Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options.

Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 60%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED

Reposition to the bottom right corner of your image
DESELECT




Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW



Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
Go to IMAGE >>> FLIP
Go to IMAGE >>> MIRROR


Open ALL LAYERS EXCEPT Raster 1

Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
Open Raster 1
Save as a .psp file

Your frame is ready for the image of your choice to be inserted
